The drive along the private road is stunning breathtaking views of Abergavenny and surrounded by animals. The area has such low light pollution, it was lovely to sit outside at night and see the stars so clearly. The area is private and secure as we had children with us that loved running around outside. The property has so much space that no one felt on top of me another which was lovely as there as 7...

Helen was lovely welcoming us, and was very helpful with any queries we had.The cottage was lovely with stunning views of the country, and the pretty garden was large and secure for our dogs to wander around.Location wise, it was only a short drive to Chepstow. Usk, not too far away, is a very pretty town with lovely pub/restaurants. Also visited Tintern Abbey, which was a lovely day out, with lots of craft shops and tearooms.Highly recommend, and would love to...

"Property was spot on. The owners provided use of the garage opposite which was more than enough room to store our 3 motorbikes. The property was lovely, quant and had everything we could need for our 3 day motorbike tour of Wales. There we could walk to a very nice pub and shop in Gilwern which took only about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely quiet cottage around the Brecons. "

"We could not have enjoyed our stay at the Ciderhouse Cottage any more! It was perfect for our needs, very clean, comfortable and practical without any unnecessary frills. The setting is wonderful and there is plenty of access to great local pubs, restaurants, shops in Monmouth while you can retreat to your own little cottage far from the noisy world. "We had a great family weekend away. The house is lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Its run by the pub next door and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good location for shops if you run out of supplies. BBQ could do with a good clean as too dirty and rusty to use. Stairs very narrow and windy so not suitable for people with limited mobility."

"We stayed here as a group and the set up was great with bedrooms either end of the lodge as it gave privacy if needed. It was clean and had everything needed for a stay, home from home. I had text communication with Noemi from the minute we got there and nothing was too much bother and I got quick, helpful responses. I can’t think of anything that was a negative! We will definitely be back ourselves for a longer stay and highly recommend Fuseli Lodge to anyone. "
