"We loved our stay at Pentye. The property has been beautifully converted into a very comfortable little house. We knew Lerryn from a previous visit many years ago so were delighted to find accommodation right next to the river. "The location is perfect if you wish to be left alone, we saw 3 people all week. It was amazing and easy to find. Hearing the cows in the distance whilst in the hot tub will always be entertaining. The cottage was very clean, plenty of cooking utensils and books, games etc. the local Morrison was 15mins in the car, the parking was ideal just outside the cottage. I absolutely would recommend."

"Loved our short break in this superb location, the cottage had everything you need and the privacy and quietness of the area was amazing. Yes the lanes are truly country - tight, muddy and bumpy but nothing unusual or to put you off. A good location for visiting all the well known towns & coasts and then retreating to the quietness of the cottage. Thoroughly recommend."

"Stunning location by the river. Remote and peaceful. Don't take a big car!!! Its a narrow track to the cottage!!! Well equipped kitchen. Lovely outside decking area. Comfortable lounge. Very helpful neighbours and hosts. Our only complaint was the very noisy boiler which woke the whole house up every morning !"

"There was black mould in bedroom 3 and in the bathroom. This meant we had to move the bed as black mould is dangerous. The fridge was off when we arrived and took a long time to chill. There were no teaspoons. No hand towels anywhere and the bed springs had gone in 2 beds. The sheets were so old they were rough and bobbly. "This property is ideal for visiting the north and south coast of Cornwall. We stayed for 10 nights , our only problem was drying clothes. The weather wasn't very good so trying to dry anything for 8 people was difficult. Tracy was easily contactable if we had any problems. Booking in was easy. Accommodation was great for 8."
