"Beautiful and well maintained property to stay with a group of friends, enjoy nature and tranquility. "

"Lovely host, quick to answer messages. The unit was lovely. Clean, comfy beds and very well presented in a quiet area. Had everything we needed. Thank you Helen! Will try and book again for our next visit."

"We really enjoyed our stay. A great house with amazing views. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"Great space, Clean house, Comfortable for a large group"

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our group of 13 celebrating my 40th birthday weekend. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The only suggestion I'd make would be to add a few full-length mirrors throughout the house. With such a large group getting ready at the same time, having only the bathroom mirrors made it a little tricky. A couple of additional mirrors in the bedrooms or living areas would make a huge...

"Great property well located in Ainslie however the lead photo of Government House in Yarralumla misled us. We didn't know Government House and believed we were staying in a repurposed mansion like one we know of in Melb. Despite that, the property was very clean, modern and we appreciated how close it was to the shops with great cafes and a supermarket."

"It had everything we needed. A comfy bed each and everything we needed in the living area. It is in a central but with a secluded feeling. A very quiet neighbourhood. A great stay Thank you "

"An excellent little tiny home on a farm. From the house you cannot see any other people or buildings, but you can hear the noise from the highway (which wasn't bad, just unexpected). The owner was lovely and very responsive, the tiny home was warm and minimalist, and the property was very peaceful. My only suggestion is that they do a good clean as although it was tidy, the crockery and utensils were greasy, and the frypan and saucepan had remnants so had to be washed before use. Just a note...

"Clean and neat property. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Reverse cycle AC kept us warm and toasty during our visit at the height of winter."

"The house was amazing and perfect for what we needed the only bad thing I could say is that the kitchen chairs desperately need replacing they are completely shot. But apart from that the house was great"

"Everything you need in a great location. "

"The host was incredible, and the place itself was beautiful. The neighbours upstairs weren't the most considerate, but we think they may have been in transit moving in/out, as there was an inspection whilst we were there too."

"The house and property were absolutely beautiful—very clean and perfect for a family stay. The only minor feedback would be that the kitchen could use a few more oven trays and dishes. We were also woken at 7am by the gardener who turned on the sprinklers and then began mowing the lawn. While we completely understand the need for property maintenance, it would have been appreciated if we had been notified in advance."

"The location is really nice, great view and being on a farm. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, especially when the host has been friendly. To be honest, the stay wasn’t great mainly due to cleanliness and basic setup. It feels like the cleaning and preparation aren’t properly checked. Not sure if this is run by a third party, but if so, the cleaner didn’t do the job properly. When we arrived, 1. most bathroom items like hand wash and body wash were empty with only a bit of shampoo left, 2....

"Very clean, although small for 6 people ( including a 4 year old), we had a pleasant 3 nights in quiet, leafy Yarralumla."
