    Open plan living downstairs with full height windows and sliding doors allow in lots of natural light and bring the outdoors in. The well-appointed kitchen has stone bench tops and modern appliances including gas cooking, rangehood, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also a full laundry with separate washing machine and dryer. The quaint garden and wrap around courtyard with concreted entertaining space offers outdoor seating.

    Upstairs both bedrooms are large with the main offering a full wall of mirrored built-in robes and a private ensuite. The second bedroom can be set up as 2 single beds or these can be combined to provide a large king bed for a couple, there is also a full wall of built-in mirrored robes and access to the main bathroom is right next door so each bedroom has their own bathroom (there is also a 3rd toilet room located downstairs).     Getting there
    Property is approximately an 11-minute drive from Canberra CBD or a 14-minute drive from Canberra Airport.

    You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home. Access details will be provided prior to your check-in.

    Garran is a quiet and breezy residential suburb situated south of Canberra’s CBD. Known for being home to Canberra Hospital the suburb also offers a selection of numerous parks, ovals and trails notably on Davidson Hill to explore. Though having its own modest shopping strip the suburb is closely situated by the popular Westfield Woden which features a wide range of dining, drinking and entertainment venues to experience. Though not as vibrant as its livelier neighbour there`s a charming quality to Garran’s modesty.

    Public transport
    Property is located a block away from two bus stops on Gilmore Crescent operating trips to Woden and City.

    Ride sharing
    There are plenty of taxi and ride-sharing options readily available throughout Canberra.

    Other things to note:
    There are 2 allocated parking spots available to you in the restricted entry garage.
    To get out of the garage and to the unit, find the black exit door, and use it to find the stairs that’ll bring you to ground level where you can enter this property through the rear door.

    - Baggage Storage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
    - Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional cost. Inform us and we`ll organise it for you
    You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

    - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
    - No parties or antisocial behaviour
    - No additional people are to access the property without prior approval
    - No pets are allowed in the property without approval
    - No smoking is allowed at any times
    - If you break something, please let us know

    - To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

    Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

    IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

    Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

    - Please leave all beds unmade
    - Please clean up your dishes and put them away
    - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
    - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
    - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
