Clean, nice, affordable stay!

I understand this area may not be for everyone. But we had no issues! And it was very affordable ! We needed something to fit our family, hotels are a no go.This home was comfortable, clean and smelled great! Right by the Military Base. Very affordable.There was a couple (2) bugs (roaches) we made sure to clean up well. Kitchen had everything we needed!This place accommodated us very well. The pool being so close was a great hit!I would suggest giving the Wi-Fi code on entry. Wifi for us is very important and the host didn't respond instantly. When he did he took care of business! Also more towels since there is a pool to swim in. There was only just enough for showers. But there's a laundry facility in the complex.This place was perfect for spending time with your military person. One bedroom door didn't lock this was a problem for adult time. The beach is near by!! People around kept to themselves no one was a bother.All in all great say, I would stay here with my family again!

It wasn’t very nice some times we couldn’t get out of are parking lot the apartment they had two towels for showers and face clothes for a month the shades were all broken tv didn’t work call several time got no response the door we couldn’t open it have the time. The beds were very bad and the furniture was terrible down stairs no place in the bedroom to but clothes no hanger to hang clothes no bath mat we did by things for this place and left them and haven’t received my deposit for any thing the cleaning or other stuff still waiting would really like it we left the place looking better then we came in to it

Jeep Trip

While the property was decently clean, the overall neighborhood left much to be desired. There was a broken down vehicle out side that seemed to have been there for some time. Additionally there was another vehicle parked right in front of the unit that a person was sleeping in every night we were there. I will never stay here again.

Sketchy neighborhood

Went to address provided, unless it was listed incorrectly, it was very sketchy. Very questionable neighborhood. I could not stay at location and put my family at risk. Ended up having to get a hotel instead of staying at location. If the list address is correct, I would not recommend any family to stay there

No where in the listing did it say upstair room my wife is handy cap. There was three wash towels for two people to last three days had to go buy was towels. There was no stoppers for the sink, bath tub, or the wash basin had to put towels in drain to hold water. One night there was loud music playing in the parking lot. Should I say I will never book this place again

Good pick

The place was clean, smelled good, and a good location. Everything we needed was there for use to use. The only complaint we had was the pool was not working. Host responded in a timely manner. The complex was quiet and safe. Overall 9 out of 10 and the only reason is because my boys were disappointed about the pool.

Last minute trip

This was a nice apartment that is newlt remodeled but it is in a residential complex. The listing states that the beach is nearby but this beach is not safe to swim in.

Great place

It was perfect for us. We wanted to be able to have the beach experience but also have a quiet place to unwind. It was clean, decorated cute, had a pool and was really affordable. You have to drive or Uber about 15 minutes to get to the bars, souvenir shops, and beach rental places but worth it to have more privacy and room.

Comfortable

Although the original property I requested was not available when I booked the property, the owner did provide a suitable option. When we first arrived, we were unsure of the safety of the location but it turned out to be quiet. There were kids playing basketball and football in the parking lot and we were worried about our vehicles being hit but in the end the kids were careful and respectful. The unit is in apartment complex with many families living there. The shower head was very low and the towels were small that I could not wrap it around myself. The beds were very firm but that's a matter of preference. The bedrooms had blinds over the windows and the street lamps outside made it seem like the lights were always on. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc.). The only negative thing I have to say about the place is I did find a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen. Other than that, we were comfortable during our stay.
