Non-cooker dream.

This condo was a great choice for our family getaway! It’s in an ideal location—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops—which made everything super convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and we all got great sleep after long, fun-filled days.The condo itself is a little dated, and it shows in some of the furniture (one chair had a tear) and the carpet, which could use a good cleaning. The kitchen setup was a bit limited—there weren’t many pots and pans, and the coffee maker didn’t keep our coffee hot for long. If you plan on cooking meals for the family, we recommend bringing a few extra kitchen essentials just in case.One of the highlights for us was the fantastic collection of beach gear. There were plenty of chairs, toys, and even a wagon, which made getting to the beach with kids so much easier. We appreciated it so much that we even added a few things to the collection for the next family to enjoy!One helpful tip: the nearby stores all sell very similar items, and the starter supplies like toilet paper and paper towels were pretty minimal. With a family, those ran out quickly, so it’s a good idea to bring a few extras with you.All in all, it’s a great spot for families looking to relax, play, and enjoy time together. A few updates would make it even better, but we still had a wonderful time and made great memories here.

Room for improvement

Stayed at this property before and still love it. This unit was not in very good shape. Beach chairs in the master closet with sand on them, rusted through in some areas. Carpet should be pulled out as it is extremely dirty. Management company was great for the things they could address.

June Stay

It was a great condo with plenty of room. Had a few problems with blinds and refrigerator. Our biggest complaint is the carpeting is filthy in the bedrooms. and I know to keep it rented it is hard to keep carpet clean. So tile or vinyl floor would be much cleaner. Couch is very uncomfortable to sit on unless you are under 7.

Groovy Gulf Galivant

We had a leak under the kitchen sink when we arrived and the management had it fixed immediately. The view of the water was wonderful from the balcony and we enjoyed the pelicans flying by every day. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. We had about a 30 second walk to the beach. The only down side was the lack of teaspoons in the kitchen.

Great location

This condo has a great location. It within walking distance of the hangout and across from a Waffle House and market. Furnishings are a little dated and has carpet in bathroom sink area. The wrought iron table on patio is peeling but there is another one that is composite and in good shape. Overall it still a good place to stay.

We will definitely be back!

I have zero negative things to say about this property. The condo was very clean. The beds were comfy. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! The location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Communication with property managers was easy and quick. The closets had a lot of beach gear.

Great condo with beautiful sunset views

The condo is exactly how it is pictured. The view of the sunset was beautiful from the balcony. We also loved how we could hear the music from The Hangout sitting on the balcony. We will definitely be back.

Family of 5 getaway

The condo was exactly as described and clean but there were surprises in the closets that we didn't notice until after our 1st beach trip. There was an issue with the lack of directions to use the code to open the door, but the text was responsive and we were able to get inside in about 15 minutes. Checkout was a simple text. Because of this experience, my husband is hooked on condos for vaca instead of hotels. I would recommend.

Family vacation

This will be my 2nd time staying at this property. I must again it was nice. I love the location that when we park everything is in walking distance. The only thing that I didn't like was the issue with the parking passes. Overall we had a wonderful vacation. Thanks.

Family vacation

Easy to rent, employees stayed in contact with you and any needs or questions you have. Condo was clean and spacious for family of 10. Big balcony with plenty of seating. 50th Birthday Celebration

We went on a short weekend stay. Everything was perfect. The photos of the condo do not do it justice. This condo is a great size. There is plenty of room. The view from the balcony is worth $1,000,000.

Gulf shored volleyball

We were in town for the USA volleyball tournament. The place was in perfect location for us to get in and out of the tournament. The view was amazing and the property was great.
