The place was easy to find and when we arrived the check-in process was simple and smooth. Everything was very clean, and a few essentials were provided up front. The condo was spacious and didn’t feel crowded at all for 6 people. Be advised that the in-house WiFi is a little slow, but you’re probably not there for the internet access, anyway! The beach was clean and beautiful and while it wasn’t super crowded, it wasn’t empty, either. That being said, we had no trouble finding space to set up several umbrellas and many beach chairs for our group. The location is excellent, as there are many great restaurants and a small general store within walking distance or just a short car ride up the road. Lastly, we did not have any issues parking our vehicle at the condo, as there was always an available space. This property truly made our first visit to Gulf Shores easy and enjoyable, and we will definitely jump at the opportunity to come back!

Everything was perfect. This is our 4th stay at Surfside Shores and this was my favorite condo. Usually there will be some sand on the floor since it’s so hard to clean, but this unit was spotless. Appliances all seem new/updated. AC worked great and kept the unit cool with no issues. Bathrooms were nice, with great water pressure in showers. Nicest TV I’ve had in a condo, big and has apps like YouTube, Hulu, etc. Also the keyless check in is SO nice! No trips to the office or remembering to bring a key with you, huge plus. Overall great condo!

This unit needs some love. The patio door going from living to patio would not close if you stay on the patio. We fixed it. The walls in the dining area need to be repaired. All the trim on the walls need to be repaired. Dryer will not dry towels unless you run it three times. The knob on the washer is missing. This unit was the cleanest we have ever stay in. Beds are awesome. Kitchen well stocked. I would stay there again if it could be brought up power.

The condo was nice.Good size for a big family/or small.Had everything you needed.Pool area was nice.Right on the beach.Needed a few things fix but didn’t effect are stay.Just wish that beach chairs was included with the condo.Only bad thing happened was a wake up call at 2:50 am with the fire alarms going off.It was a little scary.And no one there to see what was going on.There is a person in a building in the data’s you come into parking area but no one at night.And seem like it took fire department forever.A lot of the attendance couldn’t hear the Alarms going off.And friday was a little wasted since everybody went back to bed and slept in.

We saw more dolphins from the balcony than on the glass-bottom boat trip we took! For old mobility challenged people, it was incredible to be so close to the beach. And the beach service (professional umbrella and chairs) in the book in the condo was excellent. Each day gets cheaper, so just get it for the whole week. Poole & Associates are the easiest rental office I have ever dealt with. Quick in, quick out, quick answers to calls, and fast resolution of a minor issue.

We had a wonderful time on our trip. The location of the condo was perfect. Shortest walk to the beach we have ever had in a rental. The balcony was spacious, and easily sat 6 of us. Maintenance was somewhat lacking, spots of paint peeling, the latch on the door was broken, we kind of figured this had to do with being short staffed, as everyone is. We are definitely planning on staying here again

My only complaint is that we didn't get to swim in the pool bc hurricane Ida washed it away, it was full of sand and ocean water. I know it's not the property's fault but I gotta write a review so that's the only thing I have to say. Everything else was great.

Our stay was perfect! The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures represented it to be! We loved that it was steps to the beach. The pool was amazing and my family loved the grassy area. We met new friends, played “yard type” games and took advantage of the grills. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pans, storage dishes and had everything needed to make and serve meals. Beds were incredibly comfortable! Overall and amazing experience! We would definitely stay again!

Loved our Spring Break stay at this property. It was clean, nice furnishings, plenty of sleep space including a comfortable sofa sleeper. The balcony was amazing and a bathroom in every bedroom was so convenient. We liked it so much we called to add an extra night and they gave it to us. I would highly recommend this place.

This place was perfect for a family of 4. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. Great views, very conveniently located. The views were amazing and I would highly recommend this condo and the management to anyone. I will definitely book again!
