Upon arrival, one of the elevators were not working. That was fixed by the end of the day. The condo was very clean. Liquid Life Management was very good at communicating with us. There was a small snag with the parking passes. Checkout info on the passes were incorrect. We had to go to the management property offices to pickup new parking passes.The sofa and mattress is worn out unfortunately. One of the patio loungers are broken. The property as a whole is really good. It just needs minor updates. Being on the 12th floor is perfect for scenery!

Sliding door to (condo # 1204) 12th floor balcony wouldn’t lock!

Don’t stay here. The door won’t lock. The front door has a large gap under it. Lots of daylight and heat coming in.. The toilet in the primary bedroom runs full time. For over 500 a night, we expected far more.

Great location

Close the the water. Great communication. Very clean. Easy parking. Only thing that would make it better, would be to add a Keurig coffee maker.

Excellent!

My family had an amazing week vacation here! The constant emails were great keeping us up to date on check-in/out info. The view was amazing and accessibility to everything was perfect - beach, pool, restaurants! We couldn’t have asked for a better location. There were beach chairs out by the beach to rent which was so nice, we didn’t have to buy chairs and umbrellas to haul to the beach every day we just paid for the rentals for the week, very convenient! We have a 2 year old and I felt very safe with him, in the pool, on the balcony & all. Very kid friendly!

Everything was nice!! Plenty of Room

Everything was perfect! Just a couple of issues.. there was hard candy left from previous clients in the floor. My one-year-old granddaughter found it. I ended up moving furniture and cleaning. Getting into the Condo was difficult after Maintenace came out. All was good! I would stay there again but would check the floors before letting her go.

Week of July 12-17

It was a wonderful stay. We did have some issues with the sliding doors staying on track, but we worked around that. The elevator was a nightmare. There was only one functioning elevator for a day or two of the stay. I know that is out of condo owners control, but it was such an inconvenience, I would not stay in that building again. Being on the 12th floor and waiting for an elevator and having to ride with so many people was awful.

Great Hangout Festival Experience

The property had everything we needed for a weekend in Gulf Shores. It's only abut a mile from Hangout Festival, and by renting bikes it was a super easy commute. Highly recommend!

Not good rest, no sleep!

All was good except for the beds. Mattresses are enclosed in plastic, very uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep until I took the winter comfort off, doubled it and put it under the sheet and between me and the mattress! I won’t be back because of that! Could not get good sleep!

We loved everything about our stay - beautiful location - easy to find and close to attractions. Owners were friendly and helpful - super easy to communicate with. Condo was clean and modern and had everything we needed to enjoy our week long vacation :)

Buyer Beware

There are multiple entities collecting money for your beach vacation condo rental. They include VRBO, the property management company and the owner. Buyer Beware - My wife and I rented a beachfront condo unit for a week at Gulf Shores through Liquid Life in November 2023. We prepaid all fees for the rental before arriving. Upon arrival, we discovered the beach was closed in front of our building and numerous others on both sides of us. It was closed for four of the seven days of our stay for a large scale, government funded 24 hour a day, seven day a week beach renovation project that had been planned for many months. We were not notified of this circumstance before paying for the rental nor upon our arrival. When we requested a partial refund, we were informed by a representative of Liquid Life that they had no obligation to inform us of this condition nor any other limitations on the amenities advertised with the condo rental. For this reason, they refused to offer a partial refund or compensation for the significantly reduced value of our unit. So – our lesson learned is to expect beach closures, parking areas to be closed for resurfacing; elevators inoperative or blocked; loud construction performed in condos above, below, or beside yours; pools closed for maintenance; impassable beach access walks; etc. In additions to these potential deficiencies, amenities within the condo such as running water, hot water, heat, AC, kitchen appliances, TVs, and furniture may be inopera

Not as pictured!

The units furniture was old, had a terrible smoke smell, the carpet was filthy appliances were rusty. It appears that the furniture had not been updated in 20 years. yeah we were told that it was a gated community and the security guard would let us know where to park – there was neither one of them. Stay somewhere else!

Late October Gulf Shores visit!

We had a super experience. The condo at Crystal Shores West was superb. Clean, beautifully decorated and a spectacular view from our 12th floor unit. Our 2br, 2 ba unit was very roomy. Plenty of parking, arrival information with regard to entry was timely, and location made it easy to get to all the restaurants we at at. We could not think of one negative thing to say about our visit. 👍👍

Pretty Good

Great location. The unit was fine. No major concerns with the unit. Elevators can be a challenge -- I think work was being done on an elevator (maybe both?) each day during our stay, which (when an elevator was being serviced) can result in significant delays (particularly in the mornings as people tended to be heading to the beach around the same time and / or people are checking out, with carts used to transport possessions quickly filling elevators).
