Spring Break Getaway

There was ample parking, smooth check-in process, clean & safe property. This is the second time I've stayed in Crystal Shores West and will come here again. Had a couple issues with our dryer and front door lock but nothing serious. Love it here.

Condo was as advertised.Had to call a problem with commode someone came in a very short amount of time and it was fixed. Every time I have call Beachfront Properties they have answered or returned my call and been very helpful. We stay at Crystal Shores West every time we come to Gulf Shores

Comfortable, well appointed oceanfront condo

We enjoyed 3 nights in the unit where we found it to be comfortable with a delightful view. Check in and check out was flawless and the management company was incredibly accommodating at every turn.

Summer 23 Vacay

I am summarizing whole stay here including policy and check out. I am a local so some of this for me was not what I know to be normal policy. Its a nice condo,but the whole over texting of no early check in and then the texting to see if we were leaving early so they could get cleaners in was too much and not accomodating. We had a good time, but while they are leaving checkout instructions for us to clean yet charging me an exorbatant amount for cleaning is where the whole policy comment comes in for me. If you want me to clean then dont charge me. All in All great vacay, but dont know that I would stay in another Simpson property. It could also be updated for the price they are charging. Excellent view though from the balcony.

Girls' Beach Getaway

Clean, affordable, nice furniture and decor, well maintained. Everything was in working order. Sufficient kitchen utensils. Love that you had Sirius included on your cable. I appreciated the prompt text replies at any given time. Had a great week! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Simpson and owners!

Perfect View

This was a perfect place to stay and just relax. We loved the view from the balcony. The water was so clear and the beach was great. This condo is perfect for one or two couples. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Also having a washer and dryer in the condo was fantastic after a day on the beach. We highly recommend breakfast at the Skyliner and seafood dinner at Mikee’s. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer.

Gulf shores stay

Condo had a wonderful view. Kitchen and living room where up to date. Mattress needs replacement, felt you were sleeping in a hole. Also, master bath has drainage problem with tub and flushing problem with commode. Location is fine. Construction crew was there all week working on the roof with a crane, so pool was closed all week until 6:00 pm. Really enjoyed ferry ride to Dauphin Island and visiting Fort Gaines. Fort Morgan was ok.

Lovely condo and beach

Lovely condo- well decorated, nice amenities. Kitchen well stocked, but as others have noted, only 1 roll paper towels, only the one roll toilet paper (no back up) in each bathroom, no extra trash bag, no Kleenexes, no salt and pepper. That was mEntioned in other posts so mostly prepared. Indoor pool looked yucky- outdoor pool was fine. Beach was fantastic. Main problem with this unit is the master bed is wallowed out on both sides, and the recliner is very broken down. I expect some wear and tear, but the bed made it miserable to sleep.

Beach vacation

This property was a very nice and clean place to stay while enjoying our vacation at Gulf Shores. Would definitely recommend this place. The beds were very comfy! As well as the pull out couch.

Gulf Shores AL stay

Walked into an updated condo. Very clean, bright, and roomy. White beach and gulf was right in front of us off our balcony and the other side was a view of an inlet and that is the side to see the sunset. We took elevator down and put code in for gate and their was the beach. Easy access. the location was great. Go west to the end of the island is Fort Morgan and go east and you are at orange beach. Lots of activities within a 20 mile radius. great stay

We had fun. The only problem we hated is that there could have been more then 2 elevators cause they were slow and we had to wait . But besides that it was all good . I would go back.

Family time and baseball tournament

Had a great visit to Gulf Shores for baseball tournament and beach time. Condo is nice and clean. Pictures show carpet but there’s no carpet (which we were pleasantly surprised about). Owners very helpful and kind.

Location and condo was great, but one elevator was not operating. Needed to take 8 floors oh stairs, numerous times.
