Overall the property had all the amenities listed. It was located a short walk to the beach, you could pay and park as well. My only constructive feedback was the pool upon arrival was destroyed. The hosts were very responsive and had someone come back out the next day and clean the pool but there was trash from the previous guests outback including discarded broken toys and such. But this meant we couldn’t use the pool upon arrival or the next day. We ended up cleaning up the trash and broken toys ourselves. Just seems this would be part ofGetting the house ready for the next guests.We also had an issue with the previous guests pet waste but the property owner fixed immediately. Two of the dryers were not working. Other than those items, I thought the house was overall very clean upon arrival and the hosts were very responsive when we had issues.

It was big enough to accommodate our family vacation--we had 22 people in total. The pool was a hit! There are definitely some maintenance issues that need attention, like two of the three dryers getting fixed or replaced, the burners on the stove in the west side only worked on the left side, and the big umbrella for the pool area table was broken. Definitely be prepared to purchase all necessities (toiletries, dish soap or pods, papertowels, toilet paper, etc.), but they do tell you that before your arrival. Responses to texts were quick which I appreciated. Unfortunately the maintenence person didn't make it while we were there but hopefully the dryers get fixed before the next large group stays. We had five vehicles and had enough space to park, there was lots of area to sit outside even when raining, and the house was big enough to occupy all the kiddos when the weather wasn't so great. Overall I was happy with the stay, and would have given a higher rating if we didn't experience some of the maintenance issues.

check in was great but everyone had to use the same door and the pool was nice I think it need a little more lights around the pool but overall everything was great kitchen was to great and fill with all your appliance

My stay at the beach house

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was nice plenty of room close toThe beach and a lot of activities close by as well for kids and adults if you love to shop everything is in that area will most definitely stay there again

We had 23 people. A bed on the top floor was broken and the young person who used it had to move the mattress to the living area to sleep and one bed smelled like urine on the same floor, on the main floor a fridge continued to leak water all over on the floor. There were only one set of towels for each person so we had to go buy some. A dryer on the second floor didn’t work. The lock on the door on the top floor you couldn’t get back in since the code wouldn’t work or close it from the inside unless someone was pushing from the outside. The furniture in the living areas were very uncomfortable and old.

Good Times

We enjoyed this property! It was clean and worked well for our group. The check in and out process was also very smooth. We did have issues with the wifi. It wasn't able to get fixed during our stay. Other than that we were pleased.

Great experience

We had 4 families staying together in the home. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and had plenty of different dishes to use for meals. The pool was a nice extra, the water is still kind of chilly but the kids didn’t mind! The beach is about a 5 min walk if you exit to the left of the property a couple min more if you use the access to the right. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to book again in the future. There were some small issues with no TVs on the middle floor working and the WiFi password not working. We just let it go because it wasn’t a necessity.

Gulf shores golf trip

The property worked great for our group . It gave us multiple places to hang out and get away for someQuiet time . Everything is brand new the kitchens and bathrooms are nice . It’s a maze to figure out but it worked in our favor to be separated some times ! All and all it was a great experience! Thank you

Family vacation - Summer 2024

Overall, we really enjoyed the property. We had 30 people and everyone had a place to sleep. There is one room listed as a bedroom that is used to get to the 3rd floor. We still made that room work because we put the teens on the 3rd floor and after a certain time they had to go around and use the outside stairs. The pool was great and one of the main reasons why we booked this property. We liked the fact that there were 2 kitchens on the 2nd level. There were a lot of us so we had two spaces to prep food. When we would eat, we did have to use both dining areas. They are seperated by a wall but we would just go back and forth. There was also plenty of parking. Getting to the beach was about a 5 minute walk. Only 2 things that I would say for improvement is that some of the furniture was outdated. The patio furniture was ruaty in places. And the floor made your feet socks turn black at the bottom. Overall the property was great and accommodated our large family. It allowed us to eat, sleep, and enjoy each others company which is what we wanted.

A Minimalist Haven

It was okay. Our family’s first time fir Christmas at the coast. We were glad to have a place to stay close to the beach. The kitchen had the bare minimum of utensils. Nice amount of tableware. It accommodated our crowd okay. It just didn’t feel like home away from home.

Good Property to rent

My stay was very good. It was plenty of room fo me and my family. Everything was clean.me and my family really enjoyed ourselves. To bad our vacation didnt last that long. I would definitely rent this Property again in the near future.

2024 family vaca

The location of this house was difficult for elderly to access it and the beach. There was literally 4 skillets in the entire house (including all 3 kitchens), one living room couch was completely broken, all of the outside furniture was either broken or rusted. One of the tables had a bandage on the corner to prevent from cutting yourself on the rusted corner. There was cheesy Christmas lights on the banister that did not work, no lights near the pool area, when you walked barefoot on the floors they turned your feet literally black. The bedroom and bathrooms were the only good features of the house. When we did call for a concern maintenance did respond very quick.
