Perfect place for R&R

House was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Pool was perfect. Great location, quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to Pensacola Beach. Host was easy to connect with if needed. Would highly recommend!

The house was great. It was clean and well organized. The furniture was not the most comfortable in the world, but we weren't there very much and when we were, we were in the pool. The most comfortable piece of furniture was in the game room. The WIFI was spotty and would often drop but, as I stated earlier, it wasn't that big of a deal to us as when we were there, we were in pool. The host was great! She sent us a message when we first got there and gave us the instructions on how to get in and what the WIFI password was and that if we had any questions, just to let her know. We never had any problems or questions so we did not bother her. She let us know on the last day what we needed to do and thanked us for staying at Pooches.

Had a great time! Larger than expected, very close to everything but a quiet neighborhood. For pet lovers, they may have every that you already need except for food when you’re ready to book!! I’ve never stayed at a home with an over abundance of necessities as well; coffee filters, extra towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid etc A very welcome surprise since you’re gonna miss packing something! Would love to go again !!

Pleasant Stay

Nicely updated home in a cute, cozy neighborhood. Easy drive over to Pensacola Beach. Had one small issue with the A/C. Drain line was clogged which caused it to shut off. We let the property host know and it was fixed in a couple of hours ,even being a holiday. I would definitely recommend Rosie’s Retreat!

Exactly as described! Perfect for larger families.

Communication from the very start was top notch! Quick helpful replies to any and all questions. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood while less than 10 minutes from the beach. Bathrooms large and beautiful, bedrooms large and comfy! Pool nice, easy to use cover. The deep end requires constant supervision of the littles but you should be watching anyhow. If there was 1 thing I thought would have made it better, better pool lighting, corner lights just not enough to have kids swimming after dusk. I would stay again 100%, the entire family and grandkids loved it!

Nice Pensacola Getaway

This is a nice, remodeled house. Very spacious with four bedrooms. We had four couples and it was plenty of room. We didn't get to use the pool because it was too cold out, but it's a nice pool area.

Great stay with plenty of room

We had a great stay here. The home was clean and modernly appointed. Communication with the owner was always met with a prompt response. We didn't need all 4 beds, but if you did, you'd still have plenty of space to spread out. We had our pup with us, so having the fenced in yard was nice for her to roam while we enjoyed the pool. If I had to find a gripe it would be the grill. It was very rusty and the middle burner was collapsing. Time for a new one. Other than that it was a 5-star stay!

Great Family Stay

This was a great spot for our family to enjoy some special time together in the Pensacola area! So easy to get to. Felt very safe and had all the amenities we needed. Open spaces are large, great for games and dining. Bedrooms + bathrooms were all cozy and clean. Owners were communicative and gracious. We'd totally stay here again!

The house was very spacious for all of us . The pool was very big . I wish the beach was walking distance, but we were aware it wasn’t and it still was not a bad drive . Might hate seeing how much toll bill we get. They need a new couch , there are two futon couches and not comfy at all . Also, some more towels for the home for a large group , we washed several times.

Great Spot

The ideal location for a family or group of friends. In a nice, quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from Shoreline Park and Publix, and just 10 minutes to Pensacola Beach. The pool was wonderful, host was responsive and house was very comfortable.

Blue Angels Beach Vacation

For our vacation, we wanted to plan it around the Blue Angels Air Show on the beach and this house did not disappoint. It is about a 10 minute drive to Pensacola which was convenient for the couple of times we went to the beach. The air show was awesome and something everyone should experience. Quick tip: get there early to get a parking space. The house itself was exactly as described. The owner, Sarah was very helpful and punctual in fixing an issue with the pool. As others mentioned, the pool area does need a little work, but it is still very nice. We used the gas grill a few times and had no issues. I will say, the kitchen utensil situation is disappointing. No large pots or cookie sheets. We ended up bringing a muffin pan assuming there would be none reading other reviews and we were correct. My advice, if you have some baking item you need, you should probably bring it. The ping pong table did not have any usable balls so we ended up buying a cheap pack at Walmart and left them there for the next guests. Overall, we would stay here again as it was a nice place and the location and neighborhood were quiet yet close to many stores and restaurants.
