Gran Servicio de Masajes!!!!
Hotel cómodo, con muy buen desayuno, personal amable y excelente servicio de masajes!!!! Hay mucha construcción en los alrededores del hotel, sin embargo no hay mucho impacto auditivo. El personal tiene un nivel adecuado de ingles, lo cual hace que la comunicación no sea un reto.

Restaurant muy sucio,
El hotel está muy lejos de la ciudad, en medio de la nada. El restaurante muy sucio y con mesas y sillas al estilo convención para los huéspedes que vienen en grandes camiones de turistas ( que son muchos) y la vista del restaurante, bloqueada con muebles de utilería. El servicio lentísimo, para el check in fueron 40 minutos, y eso sin hacer lineas.

The staff in general are very nice and attentive including front desk, housekeeping, executive lounge as well as the garden lady 万小鳳. All good except Shang Gong where our group dined three or four times but seems understaffed, thus the serving time kept being delayed.

Without leaving the hotel, you can enjoy various local snacks at the “Food Booth” in the lobby and experience Guilin culture and custom by participating or watching the Bamboo Dance and Mini Cuengh Shows every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Our hotel also has many recreation facilities and activities for children, including Kids Club, Game Lounge, Mini Zoo, Mini Royal train, rock climbing, bumper boats, cobblestone painting, cooking classes, etc., so that children can have full of fun in the hotel every day. Staff is helpful, plenty of facilities although quite a bit of extra charges, room is very much Shangri-la standard. However, F&B is quite disappointing. Breakfast selection and taste was poor, staff was not engaged and offers below par services.

較偏遠的香格里拉
附近沒啥好吃好逛的, 不過萬達廣場不遠, 開車10分鐘內可到. 隔壁虞山橋下的灕江水淺, 很多民眾在水中玩水消暑, 特別想去嘗試一下. 酒店內有很多兒童設施, 但是大部分都是要收費的, 只有游泳池是免費使用, 這點我覺得不夠好. 做為知名香格里拉酒店, 房內住起來很舒適, 還算滿意

尊敬的宾客:感谢您入住桂林香格里拉大酒店并利用宝贵的时间分享您的入住体验。酒店周边环境一直在改善,预计到今年10月底以前,酒店周边村庄的房屋将全部拆除,漓江边的慢行步道已经全部畅通无阻,可以从酒店一直步行至解放桥(市中心位于解放桥一侧)。很遗憾我们未能达到您的期望。关于您提及的儿童游乐园收费一事,很遗憾酒店现阶段暂无对儿童乐园免费开放的计划。我们后花园有一个免费的小型游乐场,有滑滑梯等娱乐设施。您也可扫描二维码关注酒店微商城,我们会不定期在微信商城开展包括儿童乐园在内的优惠活动。真诚期待您的下次光临!

Beautifully decorated, combining Chinese style motifs with Western comfort. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. The hotel picked us up in a transfer van. The trunk perfectly fit 5 carryon suitcases and a few soft bags. He was waiting with a sign just as promised.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Guilin very much. The hotel is located right next to the river and the river views (particularly at sunset) were breathtaking. It is located a bit outside of the center of town, but within walking distance (along the river) or a short taxi ride away. While the hotel seemed to be quite full - it seemed empty at the same time. That is both a compliment and a critique - as it was quite tranquil, but also a few areas seemed to be either closed or not in operation. Overall, we would readily stay at this hotel again.

Shangri-La Hotel Guilin is located near the Yushan Bridge, on the east bank of the Lijiang River (the starting point of the elite section of the Li River Scenic Area in downtown). Without leaving the hotel, you can enjoy various local snacks at the “Food Booth” in the lobby and experience Guilin culture and custom by participating or watching the Bamboo Dance and Mini Cuengh Shows every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
