Great Guilderton Getaway

Great property for our family father and sons getaway! Great balcony spaces for getting out of the sun and aircon upstairs was welcomed. Beach and river only a few minutes drive or an easy bike ride. Clean and tidy and ample room for all. Would be happy to stay again.

The linen we prebooked was not supplied on arrival and then the expectation was that we had to make up our own beds. Not what we expected.

Just beachy by the bush

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous holiday home in a quiet and nature filled setting. Lots of room for us and friends who came to visit. The fire was cozy at night and the kitchen had everything we needed. An easy walk to the roadhouse or the other way to the beach. A drive or ride to the river beach. Lots of space to store bikes and kayaks under the house. Great to have the downstairs for kids plus a laundry to keep up with washing. Lovely decor, nice welcoming feel. Thanks so much, we loved it and country values do such a good job!

Pleasantly Surprised

Accommodation was good, split level with bedroom, laundry and bathroom downstairs for kids and 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom upstairs. Location was also good with walking distant to the beach. Ants were an issue but manageable if you cleaned up immediately after eating and sprayed all surfaces with insect spray at night time. Overall very enjoyable

Nice house, below average management.

The house is nice enough, a little dirty when we got there, location is lovely. Bond took more than 7 days to come back, when it did it was short a fee, probably justified but I received no explanation. Was told to contact if there were any issues but I made two calls that went completely unanswered, with no follow up.
