"Stayed here with my wife and dog. Can comfortably fit a family of four no problem though. Its a nice, comfortable, and cozy house. The value of this listing is the location and view however. We bbqd on the back patio, with a view of the ocean. Tough to beat that. Will be staying again. "

"You’re renting the location, and it’s fantastic. It may be the Northernmost most homes under Sea Ranch management. Smack in the middle of Gualala. NOTE: There is no cell service in town, so screen shot any check information you may need. There is a public wifi network, but it’s painfully slow. Afternoons in the back deck are wonderful.
