"The views are spectacular, and the privacy of the home made for a very relaxing stay. We had an issue on check-in day when we didnt realized there was no hot water until 8 in the evening. But the Maintenance man, who was very kind,came out right away to resolve this and it did not put a damper on our stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone, and would even love to stay again one day. "

"Stayed here with my wife and dog. Can comfortably fit a family of four no problem though. Its a nice, comfortable, and cozy house. The value of this listing is the location and view however. We bbqd on the back patio, with a view of the ocean. Tough to beat that. Will be staying again. "

"We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We walked the bluffs each day and often stopped at the Sea Ranch Lodge (20 minutes south) for an afternoon treat. We went to the Annapolis winery, the chapel and several stops in Gualala for food and galleries. It’s a wonderful place to unwind in natures beauty. "
