Expedia market as a 'cottage' and the pin shows a central Woolacombe location. Its actually in a holiday/residential park above Woolacombe. "Quiet and clean, with a simple Check-In and Check-Out process. Plenty of parking even for large vehicles, and spacious rooms. Great shower and heating kept us warm during a rainy week. Easy route to get to Woolacombe beach."

"At first as we arrived around 4:15pm our room wasn’t ready but the reception sort it out. I tried to call the owner before that but the owner no response till we left. The flat is ok but its a building flat so we have neighbours upstairs and downstairs also at the side. Its like compound of flat not sure how they called. I did not rise refreshed. Breakfast was really good but sausage was very tangy (maybe male pig) so I was unable to eat. "

Christopher was an outstanding host, great communication and very helpful as well as cooking a great breakfast!
