"Great location, great parking, great spa steam room, jacuzzi and sauna.
No aircon, tatty hotel and rooms, it needs money spending on this hotel.
Breakfast is buffet style and not the best.

"Had a great stay. Only downside was the size of the en-suite. It was rather small in our standard room. Hasn’t put us off staying again though at sometime in the future."

"Would never stay at this hotel again, we booked a windowless room however this was 2 floors below ground. The lifts weren’t working , the stairwell was dirty , the corridors didn’t have carpet or they were extremely worn, trying to find your room and way out was ridiculous it was like a rabbit warren with very poor signage . I was told that the rooms had previously been used for asylum seekers and this was obvious given the condition of the facility"

"Habitacion estandar un poco sucia y abandonada. Cuadros y tv torcidos, falta de reparacion de pomos y otras cosas rotas, polvo ... Cable electrico suelto (parecia conexion de tierra) y lleno de polvo debajo del lavabo.
Ascensor averiado afectando a numerosos huespedes con discapacidad y con dificultad para subir escaleras con equipaje. Habia fallado varios dias seguidos.
Habitacion muy ruidosa por los nidos de aves marinas en las ventanas. Ruido continuo que interrumpe el sueño.

"The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. I couldn't fault any one of them but I would mention abby particularly.
The service was impeccable and the food was very food. Breakfast was so good and there was a lot of choice.
We had a pool room which was perfectly positioned next to the pool which was clean with loungers and seating.
I would highly recommend a visit here and we will certainly visit again."

"We stayed for 5 nights. We moved from a standard room at the front corner of the hotel as it was noisy and claustrophobic. The en suite having been built into the corner of the room , so all the other stuff ie chairs table wardrobe were squeezed in. The poolside suite which we were kindly moved to was new, spacious had air con and walk in shower ,……. stunning altogether! Such a difference ! Could not fault it !!! It was so hot when we stayed, so made good use of the outdoor pool. Bar area had...

"Beautiful country hotel, small and personal service, delightful comfortable en-suite rooms, warm inviting pool - often to ourselves, incredible top class gourmet food - formal dining and bar food served in the warm and cosy bar area or the relaxing lounge. So much choice at breakfast, all delicious, everything you could want. Can’t wait to go back in summer to enjoy the open terrace overlooking the pond. A real joy to stay here."
