Posadas en Gros Islet

"Check inn muy lento. Atendió una llamada y yo esperando a las 23.00 hrs. Se le olvidó devolverme el pasaporte."

"Hotel very old and expensive. Relation price and value is very bad. You paid but don't get nothing."

"I give Sanrai two thumbs up, very comfortable with modern amenities, very cozy indeed. I was particularly impressed with how quickly management responded to questions or any messages I sent requesting assistance. Staff was very helpful from booking to check out. This property is highly recomended."

"Cobros extras inesperados "

"El servicio de restaurante muy regular , el restaurante buffet tiene un olor desagradable a huevo revuelto que se quita las ganas de comer, las escaleras internas un desorden y falta de aseo , los mesones de las barras del Bar huelen súper mal , falta mucha administración , que lástima por que otros Royalton no son así , además un lugar tan bonito y tan descuidado ."

"The property is currently being renovated, many empty rooms/suites because of this but it's AWESOME! Sharing such a large gorgeous space with so few people was amazing, I booked 2 extra nights because of how quiet & peaceful it was there. The value is undeniable. Staff is friendly & helpful. There was definitely rowdy behavior in the common areas on the weekend but if you don't expect that now in the Caribbean idk what to tell you. It's the perfect balance!"

"The restaurants on the property are the best kept places! The staff gave a lot of incorrect information, the supervisor Omega is extremely rude and nasty…don’t know how to speak to people respectfully! Kayshia was extremely polite, helpful, apologetic and truly goes above and beyond…all the staff with the exception of 1 was very friendly. Housekeeping was supposed to clean my room daily, it was never cleaned in 5 days! I was supposed to have 2 butlers, I had one part time butler…when Kayshia was...

"Everything was spot on. Friendly and accommodating were our hosts. Great value for the money. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"The place is in a great location access to local beaches ,mall , Friday night parties and Rodney bay also transportation is easy to get as well as going Castries…. Will stay again"
