"This place was great for our group of 4 young ski families. There was enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably and the in-law unit above the garage offered a quieter space to escape for a bit. The drive to Sunday River was an easy 10min, and the 3 car garage allowed all of us to park (and recharge) our cars easily. The driveway was in great condition and had been plowed thoroughly, so no one had trouble getting in or out. Happy we stayed here and would definitely return in the future...

"We rented this space for our small wedding ceremony and then a larger reception afterwards. The outdoor space provided great options for the ceremony location and for the reception, inside and outside spaces were perfect! We hosted approx. 20 people for the ceremony and had about 120 for the reception and there was enough room. We hosted guests as young as 2 weeks and as old as 92. We didn't have guests in wheelchairs but we did have guests using walkers. That made for some challenges in the...

"The house was perfect and made our 3 day stay terrific. We had 4 people and 2 dogs for our stay. The fenced in yard was great and the property was large and private on a quiet road just outside the center of Bethel. We visited the area and ate meals around town. The house rental could not have been easier, got the code to unlock before arriving and had no issues. There were plenty of towels and we did our laundry while there to make our arrival ho.e easier. "The house is exactly as pictured. It's clean, airy, great view of the slopes from the huge windows in the living room! Kitchen has the core things you need. Kids really enjoyed the basement couch area. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!!"
