Amazing place to stay

We stayed over 4th of July. The view of the marina is fantastic and convenient for boating. The house was clean, comfortable and accommodating. It’s close to all the properties in Reynolds and restaurants off property. Would definitely stay again!

very nice. Minor issues: lack of toilet privacy master bedroom. Poor overhead lighting living room for reading etc. excellent contact and support from Kathy property manager. Better documentation/instruction for. TVs would be helpful. Would rent this unit again.

Friends Weekend

The home is in a great location with marina and dock access. Unfortunately the home was a little dated and not clean to our standards. The kitchen was bare of necessities and the bathrooms were not stocked with paper products.

On the water

We enjoyed being on the water. The proximity to the docks and marina was nice. The downside was that there were no grills. The kitchen could have larger and more coffee mugs available. The TV is on the small side for the living room. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

False Listing

Do not stay at this property/ management company. They falsely advertise that you have a “plethora of amenities” But unless you are a member of Reynolds plantation you are not allowed to use any of the amenities as a guest. We were not told this before our visit. So all of the restaurants on the property are off-limits to guest who are renting the properties. The whole reason of staying at Reynolds plantation was to be able to use the amenities and eat at the restaurants on the property. We had to leave the property to eat unless we cooked at the home. We contacted the property management company and they offered no reimbursement or substitutions. Extremely frustrated with our visit to say the least. The house was clean and was in a great location. I just wished we were informed before hand!

Walked straight into the 70s

Three of us couple stayed at this property for a wedding. We walked in and felt like we walked straight into the 70s. The furniture is outdated, the wallpaper is peeling, the paint needs a refresh- the showers need to be updated. We kept going to spend time at another friends cottage because we didn’t want to be in ours longer than we had to. The owners should spend some of this money and renovate or refresh the interior. The property manager was sweet and easy to communicate with! The location is amazing also.

Wonderful stay

We were so pleased with our stay at this property. The location over exceeded our expectations and the communication with the property managers was wonderful. They went above and beyond to help decorate the place for my husbands birthday and also helped me coordinate a delivery for my husbands gift. I’m so happy and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you Amy and Kathy!!!!

Very old, outdated unit

Unit is very outdated, rugs, wallpaper, beds, kitchen, etc. Fridge stopped working during our stay and just when we were ready to leave started getting cool again. Also to note lampshade ripped, very little kitchen pans, pots, utensils, TV's date back to 1997 (slow), fan on porch not working, marina close makes early morning noise, appears unit has had not improvements since late 90's.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Property was immaculate! Not a complaint by far, but recommendation for larger TV in the family room based on the distance from the sitting area to the TV location. All bedrooms/baths were well-suited with no indication that either was an after-thought! Beyond pleased with the accommodations and communication- before, during and post-stay! Thank you for our wonderful friends weekend getaway!

Escape from hurricane vacation

We were blown away by the beauty of the Reynolds area, and our unit was great. As walkers, we especially enjoyed the miles of walking trails. We plan to make this our "hurricane evacuation resort"!

Marina Cove

The house is beautiful and clean. It is in a very nice location. However, we were very disappointed to learn that all of the pools in Reynolds Plantation are "members only" so we could not use any of them. I assumed that as a vacation resort there would be a pool and never thought to ask about being allowed to use the pool. We had planned to spend a few days at the pool so we had to try and find things to do off property instead which ended up costing us more money than we planned to spend. It should be pointed out in the rental details that there is no pool access when you rent this property. We had family staying at other homes at Reynolds Plantation and they were given member numbers so they could use the pools. In addition, the water dispenser in the refrigerator was not working. We mentioned it to the cleaning staff that was still there when we arrived and she said she would let the manager know but no one ever came to fix it.

Great girls getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The is cottage was cutely decorated and the perfect getaway! We will definitely stay here again - the view and convenience of the location was perfect.

Wonderful Property (Excessive Fees)

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great mini retreat for the Mrs’ Birthday. The fees and taxes were actually more than than the rental price. I would encourage others to shop around and compare the various fees..cleaning, administrative etc.
