Beautiful and peaceful property right on the river. Definitely the nicest rental I’ve stayed in. The host was extremely helpful and even went out of the way to help me when I made a mistake leaving an item.

We really enjoyed our stay at “Riverfront Barndominium” in Green River, Utah. Right on the river! The home is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for home cooking. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. Tamara is an excellent host, communicating with us as needed. We like the location and proximity to lots of desert fun! We would stay there again.

Perfect house! Perfect location! We stayed here 4 days and were able to visit the 3 national parks (arches, capital reef and canyonlands.) the house was well maintained, had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and being by the river was awesome. The host was very accommodating. The information book in the house was helpful for planning our adventures.

Wedding Trip

The home was very nice and very clean. It was stocked with plenty of kitchen necessities. The outdoor space provided various shady seating areas throughout the day. The area is quiet with a nice view of the Green River and the book cliffs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Green River Gem

This Barndominium had it All! Beautiful views, wonderful decor and accommodations! We enjoyed riding our SXS along the book cliffs. We did trailer our machines along I-70 and put in at exit 131 to enjoy the San Rafael Swells…well worth the trip! Both couples really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much!!

Beautiful home in Green River. Views and setting are gorgeous and the area is quiet. It is within an hour drive from Moab and two national parks as well as a state park. The home is fully equipped with everything you need. Would highly recommend for a Utah visit.

Fantastic jumping off point for the National Parks

The barndominium is all as advertised. Just a short way out of town it is a great location to see The Arches, Canyonlands and Goblin Valley. The home is clean and comfortable right next to the Green (Brown this time of year) River. The home is compact but clean and comfortable - if you have more than five you will need to eat outside or have some at the counter.

Utah Adventure

What a wonderful place and location. We spent a good amount of time in and around Moab - this was about 50 minutes away and it was a great place to relax after a busy day of hiking and sightseeing. It really is a beautiful property and was very clean and well stocked. Would love to come back again!

Spring Break in Green River

The property was exactly as described. The home is very well stocked, super clean and Tammy is extremely welcoming and helpful. Our family of 4 were very comfortable while staying in the home. We found this home to be the perfect base location to visit 3 of the 5 National Parks in the area as well as the local State Parks. It's an easy drive to Moab, Arches NP, Dead Horse Canyon State Park, Canyonlands NP, La Sal Mountains, Goblin Valley State Park, Little Wild Horse Canyon, and Capitol Reef NP. We were truly sad when we had to pack up and leave and we wished we could have stayed longer. We definitely recommend staying at this property!

Peaceful Bliss

We absolutely loved our stay here! So peaceful and quiet. We loved the night skies on the patio and swing. The beds were so comfortable, kitchen awesome, bathrooms clean and well equipped! Host was so helpful before we arrived with my questions. Goblin Valley was definitely my favorite park of several we visited. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location to access three national parks. If you normally sleep upstairs from any ac unit, plumbing/utility room etc, you might want pink noise for sleeping (at least I did). But everything the owners could control seemed just right.

Oasis in the desert

We spent 4 wonderful nights at the Barndominium. Our 5 stars rank everything you read about. Here are my special raves: 1) The kitchen was perfect for cooking, although we planned to eat out most evenings, it was so much nicer to stop at the Melon Vine and pick up dinner. We did that for 3 nights. 2) The closet in the guest bedroom is the perfect Canyonlands gear staging area. Lots of hooks, shelves, and hanging space. And best of all, it prevents the spread. 3) The Green. After a day of seeing yellows and reds, it was amazing to come home to green trees, grasses, and river. 4) The house is very comfortable. We had one day that we had to spend the afternoon inside because of a storm. We loved sitting in front of the fireplace watching the weather. This is a special place.
