"Perfect place to unwind in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from everything. Tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Parking is the only downsid. We adored this pefect little spot. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at your sweet little house. Very clean and comfortable. My ONLY moment of, I wish this was better, were the curtains. Wish the house had blinds instead of curtains that would allow light as well as privacy. The glass door in the kitchen especially made us uncomfortable without a blind. Other than the curtains and lack of, we loved the house. Very cozy! Thank you for a pleasant stay!"

"The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed. We left to eat and an AC tech called to let us know he was there as we...

"An old soul with modern touches.That pretty much sums up this lovely home. Light & Bright if that's your thing, if not, pull the shades & PRESTO! Yer sleepin' in!(Who are we kidding? You're hungover.... it's St. Augustine! Clean, close to everything, SO many light switches! lolGreat little back patio and front porch! Great kitchen but you probably won't be using it with ALL the great food around. 10/10. Will recommend. "

"A beautiful small cottage. Small but roomy. We only had two people but 4 could easily be comfortable. Quiet lovely neighborhood with easy walkability to many restaurants and sights. Lincolnville is interesting all by itself. We went to the Cultural History Museum a few blocks away as well as just touring the neighborhood historical markers. "It’s a nice little downstairs apartment. Host is very responsive and they take pride in their property and the service they’re providing. It is near train tracks so it can get loud a few times in the night, lol. But still enjoyed my stay, given price and walking distance to the music festival."

"Our whole family enjoyed staying at this house over Thanksgiving and exploring all that St. Augustine has to offer. The free tickets to local attractions were a nice added bonus and saved us some .
