"We loved the quiet neighborhood (though a train runs right by - but didn't really bother us). The views from everywhere out back and on the porch were very relaxing. We loved being able to throw the kayaks easily in the water. We went 1 or 2 times every day we were there. Had it been cooler we would have definitely enjoyed the fire pit. Amazingly enough there were little to no mosquitos or gnats which surprised us being right on the water. Great stay!"

"Great bungalow and owners. Cute, quiet house with a nice yard. The stay was really nice with everything in order and just as advertised. It was a very short drive to the historic district and could be walkable as well. The neighborhood is a transitioning one with some really nice houses like this one and some that still need some work. It was a great stay."

"Everything, every detail was beautiful. A well decorated and furnished home. Home is new, clean, and well laid out. Beds comfortable, kitchen incredibly well stocked, bath towels plush and furniture nice. The condo is the best rental we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend! "

"This property was very convenient to the downtown area, restaurants and shops. The house was very nicely done with several nice touches. The host made sure we had a great and comfortable stay. I really can't say enough about how nice this property is to stay in. Lincolnville is an historical neighborhood in transition and we loved walking around it. Always felt safe. Thanks Matt!"

"Loved our short stay at Casa Escuela in Lincolnville. We were in town for a wedding. The house was very clean and check in was a breeze. The location is super convenient to restaurants and historic St. Augustine. The corner market has delicious treats. The trolley stop on MLK is very close. We enjoyed our stay even with a King tide!
