Hay muchos en la zona, alojate en otro
El hotel es nuevo por lo que su estado es bueno. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Las cortinas supuestamente opacas no lo son, y en cuanto amanece entra luz. Hay muchísimos niños y los gritos y ruidos que conlleva. El servicio de habitaciones no repone los geles, y la limpieza es bastante general. Reservamos una habitación con vistas a la montaña, y las vistas eran el edificio de enfrente. No hay nadie nunca en recepción, vayas a la hora que vayas. Y cuando llamas al timbre viene una mujer con muy pocas de trabajar y poco amable, no esperes que te informen de nada, y al querer contratar con ellos una excursión nos dimos cuenta que cobraban 8€ de comisión por la gestión, aunque no te lo dicen, nos enteramos por casualidad aunque por lo menos justo a tiempo. Está a unos 5 minutos en coche de Chania, en teoría porque en realidad esa carretera tiene muchisimo trafico y tradas de 15 a 20 minutos. Hay un supermercado cerca pero para los restaurantes tienes que andar bastante. Hay muchos hoteles y apartamentos por la zona. Yo elegiría otro después de alojarme allí

Limpio, reformado, tranquilo y el personal súper amable. Quizá un poco retirado del centro de Chania, pero se agradece la tranquilidad, y como alquilamos coche, en seguida llegábamos.

Belle adresse
Accueil et personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins. Très bel hebergement près des plages et pas trop loin de la ville (30' à pied). Petit déjeuner memorable. Environnement par contre sans cachet et un peu en decà.

The property was in a great location, it was quiet, near lovely beaches and then just a 30 minute walk into Chania town. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and it was another plus that breakfast was included! The room itself was a good size, clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The best receptionist we have come across. Fotini has been very friendly and funny from the beginning, also very helpful and approachable, we loved her throughout our stay. Juli at breakfast was very friendly and always willing to bring a cup of almond milk for the cereals or coffee. Breakfast had lots to choose from, different varieties of food every day, great local home made sweet and savoury options. The lady in the kitchen Antonia was very friendly and we would like to thank her for the great cakes and everything she prepared for the tasty breakfast. We especially loved the sweet cinnamon rings. We love the quiet atmosphere in the hotel. The rooms were clean so thank you to housekeeping for that too. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and only about 20/30 walks to old town Chania. A fabulous stay.

Excellent
The studio flat was spacious and comfortable, with a private terrace overlooking the sea, and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was a lovely buffet, offering greek and international, sweet and savoury, cold and hot. The swimming pool area was clean and inviting. You can find a few stores/supermarkets nearby, and the beach is less than 5 minutes' walk. There is a coastal path which takes you into town in about 30 minutes (I walked to the bus terminal from there). And Fotini welcomes everyone with her lovely smile and is always happy to share her local knowledge. I loved my stay.

Es war super sauber in der ganzen Anlage.Das Personal mega nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool mit Poolbar einfach Klasse. Das Frühstück war der Hammer. Jeden Tag frisches selfmade Gebäck und lokale Köstlichkeiten. Alles perfekt und zu empfehlen

Perfect location
We had a lovely stay. It was clean, the receptionist was super nice and late check in was easy. Location is ideal to explore the area and take a swim a few minutes down the road. Amazing home cooked breakfast with great variety!

Aamiainen todella monipuolinen. Huoneet tilavat ja modernit. Huoneessa myös jääkaappi, keittolevy, vedenkeitin sekä astiat. Kauppa myös kävelymatkan päässä. Mukavan allas-alueen lisäksi lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ranta, jossa todella hyvät palvelut. Ihmettelen miksi hotelli on kahden tähden luokituksella, voisi olla kolmekin.

The accommodation was absolutely spotless and the staff were excellent particularly the lady on reception who was always very helpful and always had a smile. We would certainly stay here again.

We only stayed for 4 nights, but would love to have stayed longer. Location, room size, facilities provided in the room were great, only issue was the shower room was a littke small. Must recommend Fotini and her colleague in the breakfast facility, truly so helpful, thank you so much. Any question, help where to go, they were so helpful. Made the hplisay so great. Would come back again if coming to crete.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach, and the centre of Chania is around a 20 minute walk along the beach path. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was varied and tasty. We had a late flight, check out time was 11, which was fine, we vacated the room, visited the beach again, and continued to use the pool area to relax for a few hours, with our luggage securely stored at the hotel. The staff were friendly, especially Fotini on the font desk. She was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. Given the cost of the hotel with breakfast, it was very good value for money, if we ever visit Crete again, we would certainly stop here.

Without any doubt: my best experience ever in Greece. The kindness, helpfulness and flexibility of the entire staff were simply amazing. Especially Fotini - the receptionist - is a blessing to this hotel. Furthermore, the location couldn't be better: walking distance to Chania centre (alongside the beach) and still a bit outside of Chania's masses its noice, btw. perfect to explore Greece's wonderful South-Eastern corner by car. I was amazed by price-quality value of Sea View but even more by the positive energy of the staff working for it. Thank you so so much for giving us such a great time!

après un bel accueil, quelle déception !!non pas par les prestation, mais par la vue mer vue sur les baraques en construction et par le bruit infernal du groupe electrogene du bar de plage voisin .Après notre installation direction la plage en face de l'hôtel ..... du bruit et plage très sale. En bref un magnifique hôtel avec de très bonnes prestations mais avec un bar de plage qui utilise un groupe électrogène diesel plus une musique très forte le weekend jusqu'à 2h du matin.. insupportable . Nous avons souhaité changer de chambre pour quitter le vis-à-vis du bar de plage mais là aussi aucune solution de la part de la direction de l'hôtel et aucun retour d'Expedia non plus..

Perfect stay in Crete !
Everything was great during our stay : super clean and comfortable rooms equipped with a very nice kitchenette, nice bathroom, on the balcony we had a rack to dry our clothes and towels , the breakfast (included) was varied and delicious, very good swimming pool and the staff was impeccable. The only thing that wasn’t so great was the nearby beach which was a bit rocky. However this may be a positive aspect for those who like to snorkel. There are many sandy beaches pretty close to the hotel ( 5-10 minutes by car, or a bit of a longer walk). A Good grocery store was 5 minutes walk from the hotel as well as many good restaurants. Chania is only a 15 minutes drive from the hotel and the traffic is not too bad. I would definitely return or recommend this hotel!
