Nice home. Enjoyed the area with Ellicottville so close. The outdoor deck with fire pit, lots of seating for everyone, well stocked kitchen made our stay nice. We would definitely rent again. Excellent communication with host.

Great place for big groups and pups

Backyard is awesome for the dogs. Also gates to keep them in the kitchen. Tons of space to spread out and back deck is great.

Girls weekend

We had a great time, house was perfect for our trip. Close to restaurants - 5 minute Uber ride. Hot tub was a little hard to utilize as there is no cover lift and no where to set the large cover. Due to this we were only able to access half of the hot tub. It’s also on the front porch facing the street and that was a little odd. There were multiple dead flies on the third floor windowsill that we had to clean up prior to sleeping. We also had to vacuum up dead bugs off the floor. The large gathering room where the ping pong table is has no shades or blinds on the window so it’s a bit uncomfortable to sit in at night when you are completely visible to the outside. Overall, not major issues but to be noted for future renters.

Great family house

We were two families who spent most of our time in the house watching TV, playing games and fixing food. It was great. Also great for our 2 dogs with fenced area. This was our second time in the house and we would do it again.

Great Place

I had my wedding in Great Valley and we rented the place for the weekend. It was nice, convenient, cozy, and clean. The owner was friendly but the neighbors suck. They called an complained about vehicles. (The place sleeps a lot of people. We had 5 cars in the driveway and told the property owner we had an abundance of vehicles. The only time we did was the morning of the wedding. Which i told the owner about) So overall, absolutely recommend booking!

Nice vacation rental

Great vacation rental. TVs and power strips in almost every room. I was pleasantly surprised to find a high chair for my little one. We only had 8 people, but it could easily fit double that.

Well equipped large property

This house had just about everything. Large kitchen, grill, game room, deck and hot tub. If there was a blender we didn’t see it but that was all we missed. Great owners and everything was clean, well stocked and ready.

Girls getaway

This was a perfect house for our girls weekend! There was plenty of space to accommodate our group of 12. The outside/ backyard space was just as fabulous as the indoor!! And there were many little "extras" (a fully stocked kitchen, coffee, etc) I will definitely be planning another trip here in the future!

Excellent Place to Stay for Holiday Valley

We stay here for our time at Holiday Valley and loved it. The place is very close - less than 5 minutes from holiday valley. The house was very clean and had everything you might need. The place is larger than the pictures look and the furnishing are high end. We enjoyed all the storage for our equipment, the large game room, very nice kitchen and the hot tub. Great for a large group. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions. Thank you for a great stay and we will be back! Cheers.
