"Clean house and a great location."

"My husband and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend to check out the Ellicottville area. While it was just the two of us and we were comfortable, I could see it easily being comfortable for a group or family. The property is in a great location, being walkable to town and restaurants, while feeling like you have a bit of privacy. Everything was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Communication was great and clear, too. While we came during the warmer months, the hot tub was perfect...

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. I was most impressed by all the amenities. We had a short stay of 2 nights. I loved that for the brief stay I did not need to purchase tp, paper towels, soaps, etc. owner provided those and many more items. It was such a nice touch that will definitely bring us back. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. This clean pretty home is very walkable to center of town. Highly recommend!"

"Expertly renovated and decorated older home in a great location. The heated garage with games, gondola, jute box, pinball machines, refrigerator and hottub access were fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed and communication with the host was excellent. Bedroom with king and bunk bed was perfect for a family with young skiers. Roomy bedroom with 3 beds was great for adults. Upstairs bedrooms were great for couples. Surprisingly roomy! "
