Post concert gathering place

Six of us attended a concert and chose to stay in the area rather than driving an hour home. It was perfect to chitchat around the kitchen table. Would love to book it again for a longer stay to utilize the fire pit and game room.

Best Vrbo ever!

Wow! We have stayed at a lot of Vrbo’s but this was the best one yet! Very clean, very cozy, and the hosts made you feel like family! Gorgeous as well, our kids kept commenting how beautiful the place was! Thank you for an incredible stay! Also- excellent location! A 2 minute drive to downtown!

Perfection

Excellent property!! We felt like we were at a five star resort. Great location, very clean, and very comfortable. The beds, linens, and furniture were top of the line. The hosts went above and beyond to make our family ski trip special.

Has Everything You Need

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was the best. It was so well stocked with everything you would need from the kitchen to the bathrooms, I was so impressed. The towels were plush, there were ample blankets and pillows and the beds were comfortable. Quick drive to supermarket, town and ski slopes. Absolutely would recommend this property.

Beautiful Place

Wonderful experience! We rent yearly during christmas break to ski at holiday valley . This house was the best so far. Very clean , modern. Water bottles in each room was a nice touch . Hostess was very responsive . Everything and more in the kitchen. Within walking distance of town. Will book here again .

Wonderful Winter Girls Getaway

Had a great girls trip in Ellicottville! The VRBO was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and well kept. The attention to detail from the VRBO hosts was very thoughtful. Very close to Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. Favorite part of the home was the fireplace! Overall, would stay here again!

Great place to stay in Eville!

Lovely place, just as pictured in the listing! Host was responsive to questions asked and the space was spotless. Walking distance to village eateries and shops. Perfect for our overnight stay.

Absolutely Amazing!

One of the best stays we’ve ever had. The hosts went above and beyond and considered every detail. The home was clean, with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of garage games. Amenities even include a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, TVs in nearly every room and personal space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect eclipse accommodations

My family was visiting Ellicottville for the solar eclipse. The Zimmer Brothers' condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything was spit polished clean and furniture was cozy. Although we did not cook (except coffee!) the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. It is a short walk to downtown Ellicottville for restaurants and shopping. The grocery store is even closer. When we visit again, we would definitely stay here. Thanks gentlemen, for being great hosts!

Great Stay

This town house was amazing! We had a great time in the game room and the coffee station was a real hit with our kids who are in their twenties. Easy walk to town. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Ellicottville.

Christmas Family Tradition

This was our 3rd annual visit to Ellicottville and stay in this wonderful townhouse. We look forward to this trip each year and the accommodations never disappoint! The hosts are welcoming and pay attention to every detail to ensure all guests have an enjoyable stay. We especially love the holiday decorations this time of year! Our family has made so many special memories here with skiing, easy access to the village and great restaurants! We will definitely be back in 2024!

Delighted

Our family of 10 adults/teens stayed here after a Bonaventure basketball game. We made dinner, played games and enjoyed all of the special touches packed into this beautiful space. The teens loved the pop-a-shot game in the garage, and the adults loved the comfy beds and open layout for games and a good meal together. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable home in great location

This was a great home away from home. They thought of everything needed for the stay, plus extra! The beds and seating were comfortable for Our group of 6. Its in a great location, easy to access. I wish we stayed longer, I would love to stay here again.
