Great location

The location of this place was awesome. Right by Grandy Ranch. There were a couple things that we had some minor issues with: not enough towels for our group, no dish towels but one, and the dishwasher basically didn't work (we ran the same dishes through twice and they still weren't clean).The host did a good job responding to messages quickly, but didn't follow through on getting us more towels or dish towels. Kind of disappointing.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Views

We stayed in this home for our annual ladies weekend trip. The views from the deck were absolutely stunning! The hot tub was a bonus and the home was well supplied. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. I loved that everything was labeled (remotes, light switches etc), it was a great touch. The communication with the host was fantastic. Best I've had and I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties. The only drawback is that the bathroom counters, floors and makeup towels were not as clean as they could have been. A full 10/10 would have been given otherwise. Generally speaking, we'd stay again.

Beautiful home and perfect location

We chose to stay in Granby Ranch due to its close location to Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park. The house was immaculate. You could tell that the owners really took pride in their property. It was well furnished and made our stay with 7 adults very comfortable. There were great views from the deck of the mountains and mountain biking trails. I would recommend that you make bike reservations ahead of time so that you can take advantage of the trails at Granby Ranch. Electronics were very easy to use and all appliances and grill worked perfectly. We had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to returning!

Great mountain retreat for family stay.

We had a great overall family experience at this rental. Excellent communication with the property management team. Also, the pictures didn't seem to do the place justice as it ended up exceeding our expectation for space and aesthetics. The only issue we ran into was the refrigerator compressor seemed to turn on periodically at night and make a loud humming noise. If you're sensitive to noise, that would be an issue. The property management replied immediately and offered solutions but thankfully it didn't end up coming on too loud the following nights and we were able to tap the fridge to get it to turn off. The hot tub was an awesome addition as well!

Winter Getaway

This was a beautiful condo with an incredible view. We found it to be a nice "home away from home." The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook so we enjoyed family dinners around the dining room table. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a fun bonus and had such a nice view of the mountains. We would stay here again! Thank you!

Peak View Drive property

The view was spectacular! The property was easily accessible and was close to Granby as well as Fraser and Winter Park. The resort had a beautiful pool that we could use for a nominal fee. Great place that I highly recommend.

Lovely location and views

We met up with family from out of state for a spring break vacation. The communication with the management was fantastic. We knew what to expect, all the info we needed was easy to find and the house had everything we needed. The sleds in storage closet were a fantastic bonus. Everyone from the kids to the adults had a great time. And the views from the balcony couldn’t be beat.

Luxury and convenience

We were 2 families with vacationing together. My family of hubby and I have twin 13 year old boys and an 11 year old boy and our friends have a 13 and 10 year old boys. There were plenty of rooms and beds for all of us to have privacy and comfort. And let me say, we have stayed in plenty of Airbnb’s, Vrbo’s etc...and I was shocked at the amount of spices and condiments this townhome provided! It was amazing! I know that seems trivial but it seems we always forget the salt or coffee. Neither would have mattered here because not only was it already in the cupboard, but the grocery store was about a 5 minute drive down the hill past the elk and fox! This home is beautifully appointed. The pool was wonderful and the community hot tub was huge! I also want to share that we found out I-70 was closed at our exit due to a semi roll-over (not unheard of in the mountains so always check your route ahead of time). We took off a few hours early and arrived, well a few hours early. We sent an email and ended up making a phone call and received replies to both within minutes saying we would be able to check in 2 hours early! Yay!!! We hope to get back up to this amazing property soon! Thank you for making our time in Granby so wonderful!

Heaven on Earth

This property is gorgeous. The owners thought of everything. It’s is modern but still a mountain home, immaculately clean, has everything you need from kitchen utensils and cookware to games and puzzles to bathroom needs. All of the beds are really comfortable. The view is unbelievable and Brandon at the management company is very pleasant, helpful and responsive. There were 4 adult couples, and all of us wanted to stay longer and come back again. More than a 5 star experience.

My family stayed here and felt at home from the moment we walked through the door. The accomodations were homey and very comfortable. The views were amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the surrounding trails and loved Granby. The property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful. Highly recommend!

The views here are gorgeous! We saw deer and heard elk at night. Easy access to many favorite mountain spots. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was plenty of space for 2 families with kids, giving everyone their own room. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a mountain getaway!

We loved this place. It was large enough for 6 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved sitting out on the deck as much as we could. The private hot was a nice ammenity, although we didn't use it much but I'm sure it would be great in the winter. The community pool and large hot tub was a bonus at the base of Granby Ranch. We didn't do much exploring around Granby Ranch but there looks to be great hiking, mountain biking, and chair lift rides. The location is central to Winter Park, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and the Colorado river for rafting and fishing. Top notch communication from the owners/management company. We would definitely come back and stay at this place again if we come back to the area.
