This home is beautiful, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well-appointed with everything needed for a relaxing getaway. We used it as a home base to explore the Arapaho Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a wonderful place to return at the end of the day and grill on the deck, enjoy the mountain views, and relax by the fireplace or in the hot tub. Easy check-in and great communication. Highly recommend!

This condo is perfect for a family of four or five. We wish it were a little bit closer to the left, but it was still very beautifully furnished and a great view.

Quiet location in new development. Gorgeous condo. Be ready for steps though as there are steps into the condo as well as obviously to the second level bedroom. We were able to sleep with windows open and not awoken to noises; that was so unusual. Great stay!

This place was beautiful. I felt pampered. Take the ski lift in the village and there’s a beautiful wedding area. We renewed our vows on the spot. Cherish this place forever. John 3;16.

The condo was a great place to relax after a long day in the park. Only downside is there is no AC which was not obvious in the listing and we came during a really warm week. There were 2 window fans that helped slightly. The master shower is not working properly and it’s difficult to adjust the water temp. If you’re taller then 6ft it will be cramped. There is a regular bath/shower upstairs if needed. We had a great time overall and would return again.

Great place to stay with all amenities. We did have a problem with the downstairs shower, and while we were not able to use it during our visit, the property manager communicated with us promptly and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend this beautiful home for others. If you’re going to Rocky Mountain National Park, it is a short drive to get into the park, however, the lines are short compared to the Estes Park side and the drive to Rocky Mountain national is quite beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful home full of everything we needed.

This condo is beautiful and spacious. We stayed over spring break and enjoyed a lot of family time and skiing. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots, pans and many things needed to prep and eat meals there. We brought a good bit of food with us and shopped at Kroger nearby for last minute items. We appreciated the provided paper towels, dish soap and dishwashing detergent along with ample hand soap and bathroom soap/travel shampoo and conditioner. If you plan to use the provided washer/dryer, we had to provide our own laundry detergent. There is a hair dryer. We found the beds to be comfortable. We had a couple of issues at check in that were eventually resolved with Vacasa and they did not negatively impact our stay. When we arrived there was 8-10 inches of snow on the roads that had not been removed. We were glad we had 4 wheel drive and surprised that it hadn't been removed. The roads were cleared in the next day or two. This isn't a ding on this property or Vacasa, but more likely whoever the owners pay HOA fees to for this to be taken care of. Regardless we love this property and will most definitely stay again. We love Granby Ranch, too. We like how affordable the skiing is, the difficulty level for our still relatively new skiiers, and we've not experienced terribly long lines either time we've visited.

Everything was perfect! Property was gorgeous and spacious. Got a little lost using Google Maps, but it was easy to find after our initial arrival. Looking forward to coming back soon!

This house was perfect for our family. With four teenage sons, we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was very well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t have to worry about anything and were able to enjoy our mountain vacation.

This is our second time at this property and again it was perfect for our family. Our kids are older so it was nice to have the futon in the loft as well as the bedroom. We love this place because it is close to the ski run so you don’t have to drive to the base. Oh yeah and can’t forget the steam shower, this is the only unit that has one.

This townhome is wonderful. The views are beautiful, the home is well-appointed and comfortable, and it is stocked with all that one could need for a weekend in the mountains.
