Cute home! The security check-in was interesting, simple to do and friendly staff to usher us into the neighborhood. The property is not on the water, but the balconies and porch have wonderful views! For small kids or the elderly, with the spiral staircase, moving around might be a little tough. There is plenty of room and is very comfortable! I highly recommend this location and Zelda & Carlos are wonderful hosts!

This was our families 2nd stay in TX for my work and the Quapaw house did not disappoint! The property was extremely clean, provided all of the amenities that we needed, and the hosts were absolutely great! My children had a great time and we made some unforgettable memories here. They are already asking if we can come back and stay here. The property is located in a great centralized area with quick access to the historic downtown, beach, and several good food options. I would highly recommend to anyone considering this property.

Spring break getaway

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. It worked great for us to visit beautiful Granbury and spend a few days hiking at Dinosaur Valley state park and a day at fossil rim.Kids loved it!

Spring Break and Dinosaurs

This unique house was so much fun to stay in! Everything was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was huge! And it was easy to find everything we needed for meals. The welcome snacks were a lifesaver as I was fixing dinner for two hungry kids. The kids enjoyed the balconies and porches (after the surprise cold front passed on by). This location is perfectly situated between Glen Rose and Granbury. We had a couple of meals at the recommended restaurants in Grandbury and spent several days at the various Dinosaur excursions in Glen Rose. What a fun, memorable visit!The homeowner was extremely responsive and kept in touch during our visit, but was unobtrusive. In fact, they came by to put the trash cans out by the street and I never even knew they'd been there. I would highly recommend this location for a fun, unique experience. It's my first time to step inside an A-frame house and it was pretty cool! Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Wonderful kitchen

We had a great stay! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the beds were very comfortable. We would have loved to have a big table for our two families to eat together and play games, but we made it work with an outdoor table. There are a couple of considerations if there are older folks in your group as the stairs may be hard to navigate and the upstairs bathroom is small — , but no problem for our group. The house was very clean and our host was helpful and welcoming!

Granbury

Needed to attend business training in Granbury for a week. Zelda’s place was very clean and comfortable, we felt like home. Zelda was also very gracious and excellent communicator, we loved our stay.

Chic 2 Story A-Frame in the Woods

Mind blowing creature comforts too many to even list in every nook & cranny of this renovated home from top to bottom. One of the nicest & most unique places I’ve ever stayed in, from the staircase to the 4 balconies to the welcome basket and the snuggie quilts on the homey places to sit and drink hot tea or sip wine. These fabulous hosts have thought of things to make your stay enjoyable that you didn’t even know you needed! A great find!

Beautiful house with porches an balconies

The bedrooms were great in this house they had plenty of room and my mattress was super comfy! Each bedroom had either porch or balcony access. The kitchen was the best, tons of counter space and all the appliances you could ever need!

Peaceful Vacation

This house was fabulous! Super cute and immaculately clean. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. I spent hours on the balcony reading a book in the comfy rocking chair. We didn't want to leave! Would definitely recommend.

Don't hesitate to stay here

Zelda has thought of everything. From a well planned out kitchen complete with a frother for your coffee, to a back scratcher for those hard to reach places, she has thought of it all. This was most possibly the cleanest rental I've seen. Communication was easy. It was all that was listed and more. Jump at the chance to experience the hospitality of Carlos and Zelda.
