"Lovely bright and airy 2 bed apartment with balcony. Great location opposite the park with a few minute walk into Gloucester centre and quays. Very clean with good amenities apart from lacking a dishwasher .. which on this occasion was not a problem for us as we only stayed 2 nights and eat out. Easy parking in property’s own car park. Did ask about parking for an extra car but wasn’t too happy about the location or tidiness of this as looked run down with rubbish and nails etc on the ground...

"There was an immediate welcoming feel walking into this property. Maura was an excellent host and answered even silly questions promptly! The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a doggy bowl and a high chair if these were needed. Loved the fun sayings, and things like which bin was for recycling were clearly marked. Comfortable seating for 6 in the lounge and three comfortable double beds upstairs. Bathroom had some room to move and a heated towel rail. Parking spot right outside was grest....

"Roy the manager went over and above to help us during the check in process. Let us check in early as our room was ready. We were upgraded to a deluxe double room. The room was clean and extremely spacious had floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and bathroom. So it felt light and airy. Lots of mod cons like a blue tooth radio and Nespresso coffee machine. "Todo en general bien, salvo que, aunque el personal de recepción no fueron groseros, si les falta ser mas “amigables” con los turistas extranjeros.
