Zugspitze stay

Excellent base for exploring Garmisch and Tirol Austria. Apartment is clean and roomy albeit a bit dated but that doesn't detract from the outstanding location and view of Zugspitze. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Tolle Lage und super nett

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit tollem Blick auf die Zugspitze. Ganz liebe Vermieterinnen und nette Gespräche. Es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, auch mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung war schön groß und sauber. Perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern.

Welcoming, peaceful, equipped

The apartment is very nice and fully equipped, really quiet and peaceful, perfect to rest. The view of the Zugspitze from the large balcony is spectacular. Most of all the Massari sisters are very kind hosts, respectful and attentive to the well-being of the guests. Fully approved

Grainau beautiful nature, but less facilities

The environment of Grainau is natural, great walks at the Stepbergalm, Hölentalklamm, also the eibsee where you can swim and badernsee. You have to do your shopping in Garmisch, that's 30 min with bus or train. The frequence though is once an hour! The appartment Masari is great, lot's of room and a large balcony with view on the Zugspitze.

Urlaub mit Enkel in Grainau

Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Das Objekt liegt etwas abseits von der Ortsmitte. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe ca 200m. Der Bus und die Zugspitzbahn kann mit der Gästekarte von Garmisch Partenkirchen bis zum Eibsee kostenlos benutzt werden. Unser Wetter hatte von viel Regen über Sonnenschein bis zum Schneefall in der Höhe alles zu bieten. Einkaufsmöglichkeit besteht im kleinen Dorfladen oder etwas entfernt Richtung Garmisch im Aldi bzw Edeka Markt. Wir waren mit Enkel im Urlaub und hatten viel Spass. Die Wohnung enthält alles was man so braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, nur mit ihren Hund sollte man vorsichtig sein. Der Balkon ist sehr schön mit Blick zur Zugspitze, wenn es das Wetter zulässt. Für Eine Kleinfamilie welche nicht das Geld für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ausgeben möchte und keine übertriebenen Ansprüche stellt ist die Wohnung ok. Da unsere Vermieterin wegen Krankheit nur kurz für uns Zeit hatte, konnte uns von ihrer netten Schwester in allen Belangen geholfen werden. Wegen der kalten Temperaturen wurde sogar die Heizung angestellt. Unser Enkel hatte auch viel Freude mit ihr. Der Minigolfplatz in Grainau ist gut angelegt und hat einen kleinen Imbiss dabei. Zum Eibsee sollte man wegen der dortigen hohen Parkgebühr und der sehr vollen Parkplätze mit dem Bus anreisen. Jener fährt im Stundentakt.

Großzügige FeWo mit guter Lage zur Zugspitzr

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und der Ausblick ist super. Auch die Lage ist gut für Wanderungen. Das Mobiliär ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Idyllic mountain getaway

We enjoyed a wonderful week-long stay in this beautiful apartment during our summer holidays in Grainau. The location was idyllic at the foothills of the Zugspitze and within a short distance of both Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the stunning Eibsee. The apartment has breathtaking views of the German alps from the balcony and we spent every morning and evening taking in the stunning mountains. The apartment was impeccably clean and well equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and our host, Claudia, was informative, helpful and so welcoming - she provided great tips on things to do in the local area and was always happy and willing to assist us. We would love to return to the area and would happily stay here again! Danke schön, Familie Massari!

Gemütlich!

The place is strategically located in an idyllic setting with hiking trails starting at its doorsteps and it's a short bus ride away from the Zugspitze gondola base station at Eibsee. You can already enjoy the Zugspitze view from the balcony without leaving the house. The apartment has ample space, was super well-equipped with anything we could have asked for and very tastefully decorated; spick and span. Most importantly, the hosts were very welcoming and with excellent and concise communication took off all the stress of the long journey we had to take to get there.

Excellent stay

Claudia was a very personable and helpful hostess. She went out of her way to make sure that we had a wonderful experience. Fully appointed apartment allowed us to eat in comfortably any time we wanted, and to spread out. Ideal location 7 minutes from the gondola lift to the Zugspitze mountain peak (highest peak in Germany) for great views and great skiing.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und emphatische Vermieterin. Überdurchschnittlich umfassende Ausstattung. Trotz der Neubauten ein immer noch großartiger Blick auf das Bergmassiv und die Zugspitze. Schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Zugspitze. Super nette Vermieter.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dieser geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Die Baustelle nebenan hat uns nicht weiter gestört, war wohl nur noch Innenausbau. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Ich durfte mein E Auto an einer Steckdose aufladen.

Wonderful Stay in Grainau

Highly recommend this apartment in Grainau! We had a family reunion over the holidays, and this spacious apartment was very comfortable for the five of us. The Massari sisters (Claudia & Marisa) were personable and kind, and they did not hesitate to give helpful tips on the special points of interest in the area to visit that we would not have known about otherwise. We appreciate very much the efforts made by the hosts to ensure an enjoyable and memorable stay! Thanks again!!

Top Lage- super Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mit Blick auf die Zugspitze nur wenige Minuten von selbiger entfernt. Die Wohnung ist groß und bietet mit zwei Toiletten, Spülmaschine und einem rundum verlaufenden Balkon jeglichen Komfort den man sich wünscht. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und jederzeit hilfbereit. Tolle Wohnung, tolle Umgebung

Traumhafte Wohnung

Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Zugspitze, in unmittelbarer Umgebung zum Eibsee und all die schönen Ausflugziele. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen und gut ausgestattet.
