"Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

"Das Personal war überaus freundlich, und als wir zusätzliche Handtücher benötigten (wir blieben drei Nächte), wurden diese sofort gebracht, ohne dass es uns Umstände bereitete. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und blitzsauber. Die Holzböden verliehen dem Raum eine besonders schöne Atmosphäre. Außerdem gab es eine tolle kleine Küchenzeile! "I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible."
