"Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn ’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. "

"I think the photos are a bit deceiving. Front sliding door was broken. Bathroom was a laundry. Also no information on the listing about how dangerous and under construction the front entry route was (up 30 something steep steps) "

"We had the most beautiful stay here celebrating our anniversary and Valentine’s Day. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing the views, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were just amazing.
A very special thank you to the team for organising such a thoughtful surprise for us the beautiful rose arrangement, chocolates, and a lovely card wishing us a great stay. It truly made our celebration feel even more special and memorable.
