"This property is perfect for a small or larger group. The host is very pleasant and extremely attentive. They thought of everything. I especially appreciated the snacks and personalized welcome sign after a long day of traveling! The condo is clean, comfortable, and relaxing with all the comforts of home. Great location as well. Near stores, restaurants and of course LSU."

"My daughter was playing in a soccer tournament in Baton Rouge that could last anywhere from 3 to 7 days. We opted to not do a hotel. This condo was perfect and about a 7 minute drive to the field. It was great! Host were hands down the BEST! Very easy to communicate with and very flexible with check in and check out times. Will for sure stay here again."

"The unit was well decorated and in a good location close to everything. Figuring out which unit it was and where to park was a bit challenging since we arrived at night. The shower was old, and not great and the stove was ancient. Other than that it was well equipped and well furnished"

"The property was clean, spacious, and lovely modern decor just like the photos. Checkin was seamless and easy, there were plenty of towels in both bathrooms. The fully stocked Keurig coffee station was a great plus for us. Blake was a dream host in that he communicated immediately and was very nice to my family’s unforeseen special needs. The property was minutes from LSU and all of our activities for the weekend. We will stay here again anytime we need accommodations in Baton Rouge."

"We were attending an event at Raising Cane's Rivercenter and wanted to be somewhere that we didn't have to worry about driving through traffic or paying parking fees. This location is PERFECT. We walked to the riverfront for sightseeing, walked to PJs Coffee and were able to walk to the event center (all less than 10 minutes walk). That being said - there were some events at night that brought a lot of traffic. People were outside "pre-gaming" and hanging out. I don't know if I would go...

"It was nice. Much more spacious then I thought. The internet did not work after the first day but it was raining really bad so I’m sure it was the weather. Everything is within 10 min drive. Even Walmart. It was quiet and I felt safe. I would definitely go back!"

"We came for the LSU/Arkansas football game. The unit was perfect for our stay. It was walking distance to the downtown activities and easy driving to the stadium. Paul, the unit manager, was super easy to work with. We will definately rent this unit again for future trips."

"The building/condo are in the historic district meaning they are a little bit old and beginning to show just a few wrinkles. However, when you step into the condo you start dancing and hooting & hollering because, happily, you are in the middle of Mardi Gras in NOLA. Awesome!!! The condo is very spacious and has great comfy couches and ditto on the bed, a big walk-in closet and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of reserved/private parking spaces just a few steps from the condo. Weather...

"Location was perfect, we were in town for a volleyball tournament and were able to walk. Our stay was good, we werent there much at all. I would stay again for a short trip, probably not more than a couple of days though. I think the place definitely could use a good deep clean."
