"The only reason, but a huge one, for the lower rating is the furniture. None of the sitting spaces were comfortable. The sofa was so small and hard and the 2 side chairs were so uncomfortable. We left a day early because the weather changed and we were going to have to stay inside. The prospect had us packing. "

"The only issues I had was that the pull out couch had a dirty sheet littered with all kinds of stuff, pet hair, dog food etc. Also, the sheets in the bedroom were dirty and had sand on them. Also, this place set my allergies off so I had to pop Benadryl the entire time."

This unit is perfect for a long weekend and we enjoyed our time here. The location is primary reason we chose to stay a second time. Cross one little street and down a path to beach!"
