"Llegamos y oh! sorpresa el elevador no funciona. Somos adultos mayores y ellos lo sabían, ademas de que nuestro cuarto era en el ultimo piso para tener el balcón y la vista. No entiendo porque no nos avisaron con tiempo para cambiar de planes. Lo mas triste es que ni siquiera les importó un comino. Ahi tuvimos que empezar a buscar un hotel para quedarnos, cero interés en tratar de ayudar o al menos hacer alguna recomendación de donde podríamos ir. Nos sentimos perdidos y asustados. "We came for the RSM Classic and pretty much just needed a place to sleep and shower. This was perfect for us. It is kind of small but we knew that and were fine with it. There were plenty of towels and other amenities. It was very clean and the hosts were so incredibly nice. The only downside was the skylight let in the sun pretty early but the hosts had eye masks there just in case. There are a ton of other details like that that were nice such as motion sensor lights for the outside...
