Thanks for your 5* review. Yes the apartment is perfect. You were there 7 days with 4 bath towels & 2 beach towels. One beach towel was missing when you left. We did not mention or charge you for this 😉. With going daily to beach, yes you would have to wash the towels. The black folder on the bench explained where the rubbish room was on the same floor. Correct removal of a weeks rubbish is required 😉 On exit we ask ‘only’ to remove your rubbish. Turn off air conditioner & lights, close windows. That is ‘All’.

Hi Shashi- thanks for submitting a review. All the Car Parks in the Resorts are the same size. As directed by the Gold Coast City Council with what is allowed. So the 550 plus car parks in this resort are all the same size accommodating Ford Rangers and the like. No previous complaints :) Sorry the bed was too high for your actual height. It is a standard height bed. But we do have a 10* rating for the master bedroom bed with its thick topper on the new mattress. Its great that you didn't have to mention anything about the actual bed. I think you overlooked the complimentary coffee pods left for the Nescaf Coffee Machine on arrival. As quests will read on the listing we supply more than any other holiday accommodation with the free flowing dishwashing powder & washing liquid & hand wash liquid, usually 5 /6 individual soaps, shampoo conditioner starter packs, cooking olive oil, paper towels, glad wrap, tin foil, Saxa salt & pepper grinders, toilet rolls & many other things. It is 'not' expected when going to holiday accommodation that we3 supply everything. There is Q1 Convenience Store right at the car park turnaround outside the main doors that guests can buy anything else they may require. Really pleased you found the 10* cleaning wasn't required to be mentioned. :)-

Every blind in the apartment is block out, so not sure what you mean by no block out blinds in main bedroom? Future guests please refer to other reviews.
