A few issues
The owners have made the unit itself very nice but The add doesn’t show the position and the surrounds. Very dark and unwelcoming to return at night. The stairway is putrid with cats piss smell. Get the body Corp to clean the place thoroughly. These issue make the cleanliness of the unit overshadowed
