Thanks Sharon for the great feedback the 5 stars are really appreciated. It’s very satisfying to know you felt at home, and noticed all the little things we do to try and create a home from home experience for all out guests. Great you got to enjoy your family time, hope we see you again soon

We spent extra on luxury grade hotel beds, same as in all the 5 star establishments locally, which seem to have been very popular with our guests. They are firm but comfy, so if you do prefer a mattress very firm to hard, they might night be to your preference. As is was a game changer for you I think do let a host know this prior to booking, at least that way they have the option to tell you what type of bed they have. That way you will be happier which is the goal, and then the host at least gets a fair set of feedback.
