The hotel entrance was stunning and gave a great first impression, and the concierge was helpful at check-in. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there.
There was rubbish outside our room, and the fridge hadn’t been cleaned—old food inside made it smell terrible. My toddler also found food scraps under the bed, and the bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been changed. We even waited outside our room for 5–10 minutes thinking it was being cleaned, only to find no one was inside.
The lagoon view room was pretty, but you can’t actually swim in the lagoon—it’s decorative only. The kids pool didn’t feel clean enough for our toddler to use either. The rooms and hallways felt very outdated and didn’t match the modern vibe of the entrance. Accessibility also seemed like an afterthought, with features not suited for pregnant guests or people with disabilities.
On the bright side, the beach is right next door.
Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
