Great location, didn't need the car for entire stay. Great view, but windows were not clean. Decor in much need or upgrading, very dated. A few of the curtains needing new hooks so not hanging down. The pool was only open in the afternoon after 3.30pm, but fine as the weather was good and we went to beach each day, but if weather was not great it would of been very disappointing for the kids to not be able to use the spa.

Property is really clean and tidy. Pool was right temperature even though it’s in a bit of a wind tunnel. Close to everything and great walking opportunities

Property not maintained, lots of broken things. Apartment lacking kitchen items. Cleanliness terribly poor. Chip packets / cellophane wrappers under bed, stained & dirty sheets.

Rainy days
The 2 bedroom unit had amazing views from all rooms and was clean and had all conveniences. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though it rained, there was plenty to do and lots of eateries as well as a Woolies not far away. The bus and train service are good if you are flying in to Brisbane. A good holiday!!

Located in a fantastic spot on the beach and close to restaurants and clubs. Great size unit with everything provided. The only issue we had was that things were dusty - bedside tables, fans - and we had to clean them when we first got there.

Loved it. Best location and views. A walk across the the road to my favourite beach. Restaurants and cafes all around. My favourite place to stay. Only downfall this time was the room was pretty dirty compared to previous times I have stayed. Hoping it was just a one off as I love this place

Wonderful location and accommodation
Really great accommodation and location. 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and lacking nothing . Full kitchen , dining table , lounge room and 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms . Balcony a good size with ocean views . Only room for improvement would be a more comfortable lounge suite in the apartment we stayed in-1106. Pool area can get a little breezy and could do with a few more deck chairs but overall a wonderful venue and we will stay there again.

We have stayed at Tower 2 a number of times and have always been very happy with our stay. Unfortunately on this trip, management moved us to the adjacent building, Reflection On The Sea. Our review refers to our stay at this building. The room requires a full refresh. A number of room lights do not function, the mattress in the master suite is long past being comfortable to sleep in, ‘soft close’ features for kitchen drawers and toilet seats do not exist so they make a lot of racket when in use, block out blinds need to be installed due to the proximity of Twin Towns radiant neon lights (the current blinds did nothing to dim the light from outside during the night), double glazing needs to be installed (we could hear conversations occurring at ground level from our 10 floor during the night even though balcony doors were closed), Foxtel was advertised as available but was limited to sports channels and Showcase only (there were no movie options, and the rest was free to air) and the wifi was sub-standard (we had to use our own hotspot). Communication by management of this change to the other building was not provided. Whilst we received a call from a staff member regarding our stay, no indication of the move to this building was provided. Check-in time is 2pm, we arrived a little after 3pm but no reception staff were present to check us in as they do not staff their desk after 3pm on Saturdays. The locale is fantastic and air-con worked well but that’s about it.

Reflection Tower Two was great. One critique is the main bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment should have true Queen or King size bed and not 2 single beds pushed together.

Location location
Great location and room fitted will all the necessities. Pool area was not very good and is in a wind tunnel. We did not spend any time at the pool area as it wasn’t very inviting and limited seating. The bbq area and teppinyaki looked great and clean.Master bed not that comfortable and bed head rocked around every time you moved. I would stay here again and would recommend these apartments. Spacious and beautiful views. Supermarket within walking distance.

Front office staff extremely helpful. In particular Denise who arranged for the room format to be changed. 2 singles to a queen bed for my elderly parents ( in their early 80’s ) Great views from the balcony and a very spacious apartment

Disappointing
The hotel location was great and the BBQ area was very nice. Unfortunately our room did not seem to be fully cleaned from the prior guests. There was party stars all through the rug and on the carpet and hair still in the shower drain. I was in the spa for about 20 minutes with my Mum and my bikinis were completely wrecked by the spa chemicals. The gym and sauna were closed and not mentioned on Hotels.com

Everything you could want all in one place!
Perfect location with stunning views. Great amenities, no need to use the car - everything within walking distance. Lovely, friendly staff at check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely room. Love that the sliding doors open up the balcony completely for indoor/outdoor living. Only drawback was that if our stay was in high summer, the pool is so small. Only a lap pool....
