Amazing house perfrct for a family weekend!House is very modern with all nee appliances. Bedding and cushion very comfy, house had pool towels and everthing wed possibly need to cook.Pool area is beautiful, and location is PERFECT!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!host was also a legend and gave us early check in and late check out, so so grateful!!

Absolutely immaculate property, just as described. Wonderful quiet pool area, comfortable bed, and lots of spaces to be - reading, napping watching TV etc. Fully fenced for the dog - safe and secure. Awesome kitchen!Very attentive hosts - couldn't fault it. Highly recommended.

Mark was fabulous from the beginning; super accommodating and friendly. The house is exactly as pictured and has a fabulous vibe. The kitchen is so well stocked with appliances, condiments, storage, glassware etc, you really feel you're living in someone's home. Everything was very clean. Lovely linen. Loved the decor and the two separate outdoor living areas. You could easily spread out if you wanted space. Lots of fun reminiscing our childhoods on the seated arcade game from the 80s! Spent lots of time in the pool after being at the beach and enjoyed cups of tea under the Bali hut first thing in the morning. Highly recommend and would love to return in the future. Thanks to Mark and Karin for sharing their beautiful space with us!

A home away from! It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and most comfortable. Pantry items, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishware, towels and toiletries, anything you can think of was there and the quality was amazing. The pool was fantastic and we had a great time relaxing by the poolside. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. We would definitely revisit. The host responded to the messages straight away and were very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

The beach pad was perfectly presented with everything you need and want. So much room to relax and enjoy with the family. Mark and Karin were great hosts and communicated well throughout the trip. The house is an easy walk to James street and the beach, very convenient.Would highly recommend to anyone.

Easy to park and the facilities at the house were first rate. Great front and rear decks and the pool was very private and clean. There were lots of provisions provided and there was also a Nepresso machine. The beds were also very comfortable.

This was our second visit and enjoyed the space, facilities and closeness to the beach. Burleigh Waters Resort

Our extended family from toddler to granny plus 2 little dogs loved our stay in this beautiful home. Huge outdoor entertaining areas plus BBQ, pool, toys, bikes and surfboards. We enjoyed spending most of our time at the house. All air-conditioned and fans and TVs in every bedroom and a huge one in the family room for the toddler. All on one level with a double carport with remote. The pool was great with a large step for toddler to stand on and very refreshing. Very safe with glass pool fence and child proof gates. Green parrots visited every afternoon around the pool. A very quiet residential area, close to beach, supermarkets and James Street.We will be back!!

Enjoyable

We spent nine very comfortable days at the house and it was quite lovely. The owners Mark and Karin were very helpful allowing us to check in slightly early. The pool was put to good use by my grand children and they allowed my nephew to stay at no extra charge which they did not have to do. All in all we had a most enjoyable stay and can recommend it to all who might wish to stay in Burleigh waters. There is also very nice farmers market at the elementary school if you happen to stay with a Saturday during your vacation. The reason for the overall rating of four stars was that one of the advertised features which was the bbq was unusable although in the owners defence they did offer to have it replaced and I declined as I did not wish to wait around for someone to deliver it. The one thing that was a concern is the step between the kitchen area and the living room, it is definitely a trip hazard and should be made more distinguishable.

Simply Spectacular

The accommodation was far beyond our expectations with ample cooling, space for everyone to come together and also own quite time areas. Very comfortable beds, and so much entertainment provided including retro arcade games, large TVs, pool, bikes, surf boards etc etc... I had search over many homes suitable for my son's special needs, and this one ticked all boxes, with lots of planning in the making for this special trip from Melbourne ,specifically to enjoy the waves at the surf beach which was a huge success. Mark was very kind and responsive to our requests, checking in to see how we were travelling. We highly recommend the Burleigh Beach Pad and hope to one day stay again.

Fantastic Family Holiday House

We had the most wonderful holiday at the Burleigh Beach Pad. The outdoor entertaining area adjoining the pool provided the perfect setting for our family get-together. The location allowed for pristine morning coastal walks. We were thrilled with the special personal touch of a welcome message and chocolates and the use of exceptional kitchenware and appliances. This is a beautiful, spacious, well-equipped house that we look forward to visiting again.

Relaxing

This house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and so much more. The house has gone above and beyond with such things as bikes to ride, board games, toys for the little ones, beach towels, and toiletries, to name a few. The communication with Mark was great and he accommodated to our request so kindly. The beds are super comfy. We would like to visit again one day. The house is located in a very good place - close to the beach and the shops. Highly recommend.

Perfect location and everything you need.

Beautiful house with pool, surf boards, bikes, games and more! Stunning entertaining areas, modern and fun house. Walking distance to Burleigh township, shops, restaurants, beach and shopping centre. You won’t need anything else and will love your stay. We didn’t want to leave. Hosts are lovely.

Mark & Karin were excellent hosts. The property was as described and had all the amenities we could ever want. Checking into the property was easy with clear instructions on how to access the front gate and keys to the front door. The cleanliness of the property was immaculate.
