Incredible views and location! Can not fault the ammenities although the property needs more attention in regards to cleanliness. Mould in the showers, filthy stained couch, towels stunk of cigarettes, carpets stained and covered in long hairs.

The cleanliness was terrible, maintenance and customer communication was terrible as well. On the up side, the apartment was spacious with a great view.

Advertised on Wotif this property was $199. I though that was a good price, so I booked it. A day later, I received an email from the property manager saying there was an extra $105 cleaning fee, making the apartment $304 for the night. Apprently it was written in the "fine print", but I didn't see it and it WAS NOT CLEAR. They wouldn't let me cancel because of it either - said it was written in their terms so I just had to pay. THEN they only accepted cash, and I didn't get a receipt for the $105. It was very dodgy,

Yes great view
Agreat location for seaworld and food, groceries. Room for improvement in preparation for stay, dishwashing liquid , teatowel. Fabulous view, aircon great and agent great.

I enjoyed the views and the space and pool area. Please be aware this is not attached to Meriton in anyway. Building yes, reception no. Cashrequired for security deposit on arrival. No where to store luggage so be sure to pre organise this if arriving early.

The accommodation was in a beautiful complex and the children loved the outdoor & indoor pool. The rooms had magnificent views and good facilities. Right next to the tram to take you into Surfers or short walk away from the fantastic parklands area. Would definitely book again

Stunning views close to everything!
My family stayed here for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the internet was not working which meant the kids could not use their devices or watch Foxtel or Netflix. The only other problem was the ensuite shower and sink were blocked so we all had to use the one shower! Otherwise, it was a brilliant place to stay.
