The Space:

Mykonos is a boutique, low-rise building that has stood directly on Northcliffe Beach for decades. This is not a tower block. It's the kind of address that guests who know the Gold Coast specifically seek out a handful of apartments, immediate beach access, and none of the noise and transient energy that comes with the high-rise strip.

The open-plan living and dining area faces the ocean directly. You'll eat your meals with the Pacific in front of you and fall asleep to the sound of it from the master bedroom. The layout flows naturally the kitchen sits alongside the living space with an arch cut-out that keeps the room connected and open. It's well-equipped for self-catered stays of any length.

Both bedrooms are private and well-separated. The master faces the ocean and opens onto its own balcony. The second bedroom overlooks the Langham Hotel next door and has its own balcony a quieter outlook without sacrificing the outdoor space. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom, making this a genuinely comfortable option for two couples or a small family.

A washing machine is in the unit a detail that makes a real difference on longer stays.

Step outside and you're on the sand. The heated pool is available for guests throughout your stay, and the beach walkway running directly in front of the building is one of the finest stretches on the coast for morning runs, rides, or an evening walk as the sun drops into the hinterland.



Travelling with a pet? You're in the right place. This is one of the few absolute beachfront addresses on the Gold Coast where your furry companion is genuinely welcome with the beach walkway right at the door and open space to stretch their legs every morning.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private use of the entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, including both balconies, the in-unit laundry, and a dedicated undercover garage space. Shared building access includes the heated pool and direct beach access. Please note there is no lift you must walk up flights of stairs.



Check-in is self-managed via Keynest at Pit Stop Friendly Grocer, 31 Aubrey Street, Surfers Paradise, 476 metres from the property.

Keynote collection hours:



Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 9:00pm

Friday to Saturday: 7:00am – 10:00pm

Sunday: 7:00am – 9:00pm

Please collect your keys within these hours. Full arrival instructions will be provided prior to your check-in date.



The Neighborhood:

Northcliffe Beach sits between the energy of Surfers Paradise to the north and the relaxed dining precinct of Broadbeach to the south — close enough to both to walk, far enough from either to feel like your own corner of the coast.

The Langham Hotel is directly next door, which means the coffee, the cocktail bar, and the seafood buffet are a one-minute walk. Broadbeach's restaurant and café strip Kurrawa Beach, Miss Kay's, Gemelli Italian is reachable on foot in under 15 minutes. The Gold Coast's famous night markets operate seasonally and are within easy reach.

The G:link tram stop is a four-minute walk, connecting you north to Surfers Paradise and Southport and south to Pacific Fair and the Broadbeach dining precinct no car needed for most of the trip.
