Hotel mediocre, no vale lo que cobra
Mi familia y yo nos alojamos 6 noches en este hotel. A un costo de AU 800 por noche (sin desayuno), el hotel no está a la altura del precio que cobra. Personal no se esfuerza por brindar un servicio de excelencia. A pesar de pagar el desayuno por separado, aún cobran aparte el capuchino sin avisarte en forma previa. Cargan depósitos en garantía por los adaptadores de corriente en la habitación que no habían y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación era descuidado. No vale lo que cuesta este hotel, una decepción.

I booked for 7 people $1500 one night we get 2 double beds and 2 fold out lounges. Nothing for the 7 th person. Rang reception they said they would bring us fold up beds never did. The beds were so uncomfortable no water in the room no bar fridge. 2 light blankets for each additional bed. No 24 hr room service place outdated. Staff were awesome though. Bad facilities etc. No discount given for room. Never again

We always stay here and we love it and so does our little boy. The beach pool is great for the little ones.

Good and bad
We had some issues with the room throughout our stays. Reception service was very good and staffs were willing to solve problems. However, cafeteria service at lobby was disappointed. Some people were not willing to work and often our order took way to long. Vacation club and jw marriott was in the same building. Only difference is interior and room condition.

I really liked the hotel’s entrance and the saltwater pool with sand and fish in it. The service was great but the rooms were outdated. The food was not great and very expensive. I don’t mind paying for great food but this wasn’t even good. The buffet breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had in a 5 star hotel.

The pool and pool bar were very nice. We were also recommended the restaurant which was so much fun. The lady who checked us in was lovely (Andrea) and she handled everything throughout our stay. So sweet and great with suggestions.

Pool areas are great, seafood buffet was disappointing, overall restaurant was poor with exception of the Japanese restaurant part was very good. Staff were very polite and helpful, rooms were good with great views

Pool area is fantastic. Staff are very friendly. The room was very clean but a bit outdated. We ordered a few things from the restaurant and bar menu, they were ok but not great and not exactly as described on the menu.
