The staff are lovely, the property is a little run down. Very expensive for what we got. Our room Had a flood poor Maine N e air con so we had late checkout and left at 10. Coving around top Pool missing and dangerous and pool not clean, lagoon pool Poorly maintained but cracks and cracks jagged under foot. Was told that they have had issues With it lately so was closed a week. Club room Not worth the cost, we ate in Sanctuary cove restaurants not the hotel. If you charge top Price provide the facilities and service to match. Good spot but prob won’t go back.

We were greeted by an unfreidly night staff manager. Was not helpfull.. Fortunately every other staff member were above the average nationwide.

Although the experience was mostly great there were a few issues. The air conditioning in our room malfunctioning (this was fixed rather quickly) as well as issues with access to our breakfast. However the hotel is in close proximity to several excellent restaurants and the grounds were beautiful.

It is a beautiful property but the rooms were never cleaned properly & had so many mosquitos even though we never left the doors open. The cleaner left a cleaning cloth on our clean clothes. Never washed any of the cups or glasses in our room. The Adair conditioner was leaking in the fro t desk area & dining room.

not great value for money. The hotel outdoor area is meant to be the biggest selling point at the height of Aussie summer and is in great need of upkeep and renovation around the pool areas. Food at the lagoon pool bar is double the price of normal costs and pretty underwhelming taste and presentation. Whole interior lobby and decor is a bit dated - carpets need to be replaced in rooms.

Ok but needs some attention
We stayed for 5 nights over the Christmas/New Year period. Overall a good start but there were some issues - staff generally we're unfriendly - our room was invested with mosquitoes (we couldn't leave doors open any time of the day) - the air conditioning unit in the room was loud - even when the fan was set to low. Finally, although breakfast was included, at check-in the didn't explain that it was only for the adults. We were presented the bill for our child's breakfast on checkout.

Beautiful resort in a beautiful location. Facilities are great, room was exceptional and the grounds are gorgeous. Walking distance to the marina with endless dining choices, supermarket and chemist. Nothing to fault - not much to do locally it’s definitely a place to just relax and do nothing by the pool all day

Wasn’t very impress. Late check in meant to check in at 3 l. Had to wait to 4pm because it wasn’t ready. Also was meant to have a marina view room and we got pretty much no view at all

What a beautiful place to stay. From the spacious clean room to the amazing breakfast everything was perfect. Fabulous pools! Gorgeous grounds. Location was so nice especially being able to stroll to the marina to view the luxury boats plus lots of shops and restaurants walking distance. Kangaroos hopping about the grounds was a bonus. Just wish we could have stayed longer
