Customer service was really good and the general cleanliness was good. Breakfast buffet had a great range and was well done, but some plates had very small food stuck to it and I understand it was hard for the kitchen hand to see them. Some child high chairs were put together incorrectly so the straps didn't fit my baby. The general condition of the building, including pool, is old and needs to be renovated. The pool in particular had a lot of broken tiles in and around it. Most of the pool lounger cushions were mostly torn. During peak times at the pool, there weren't enough pool loungers or towels for everyone. We stayed in two superior king rooms and the furniture wasn't consistant with the photos online. Both were missing a sofa and the one room was also missing the arm chair. The rooms were next to each other and were the same size. The location of the lifts could have been imrpoved. Our rooms were facing the Marina Mirage shopping centre, which meant they were at the end of the building and far away from the lifts. The basement carpark had enough spots, but it was stuffy and sometimes had visible garbage bags or other things that should have been hidden.
