  • Perched on Level 23, this 2-bedroom apartment boasts stunning views of the Ocean, Gold Coast Hinterland, and Nerang River. Just 500m from Surfers Paradise Beach, it features a full kitchen, lounge, and dining area. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry facilities and complimentary parking. Unwind in the inviting heated swimming pool or explore the nearby vibrant attractions. With modern comforts and a prime location, this apartment is the perfect retreat for both relaxation and adventure.

    Suitable for up to four guests, the 2 Bedroom Apartment boasts 1 Queen in the master bedroom with a private ensuite and a Queen Split bed in the 2nd bedroom. Located on the 23rd Floor with sweeping views of the Gold Coast and Ocean.

    The apartment is self-contained with a lounge, dining area, two separate bedrooms, and two Bathrooms. The Apartment is equipped with a Full Kitchen including a microwave, toaster, full-sized fridge, stovetop, and oven.

    The kitchen offers all your necessary utensils, pots & pans. Tea bags and coffee are also provided, as well as your cooking basics of salt, pepper & oil, so you can feel at home. All bedding linens, towels, and toilet paper are provided, as well as toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and soap. One bathroom has a shower over bathtub configuration, and the other bathroom has a walk-in shower.

    Complimentary Wi-Fi and Parking are available to all guests. Enjoy a large smart TV and watch Netflix using your account. Enjoy the Queensland weather year-round in the outdoor heated swimming pool, complete with sun loungers. Relax in the onsite sauna. Please note the pool and sauna are in communal areas in the building.

    Please note no housekeeping service is provided unless your stay is 7 nights or more, which then you will receive one mid-stay service, where towels will be replaced free of charge.

    You have the entire apartment to yourself, but facilities are shared with residents and other guests.

    PARKING ADVICE:

    Height Restriction: 2.2 metres

    To access onsite parking, guests will need a room swipe key from Reception. They may use the front-loading spot located beside the front entrance of the hotel, street parking, or visitors parking which is located on B1 to park whilst collecting this. This car park swipe will allow guests multiple access over their stay. The entrance to our underground parking lot is directly beside the hotel front entrance, off Norfolk Avenue.

    I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I'm working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check-in will be done by the Reception Team. Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation. In case you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I'll do my best to attend to your needs.

    Just a short walk to Surfers Paradise Beach, restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping and entertainment.

    The entrance to our underground parking lot is directly beside the hotel front entrance, off of Norfolk Avenue.

    This is definitely a non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking will be charged to a minimum of AUD250.

    Unless prior arrangements have been made, only booked guests are permitted access to the apartment. No unauthorized guests. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation. Once proven, in excess of the allowed number of guests will be additional AUD30 each.

    No parties or events. All loud music / noise must be turned off by 10pm.

    Check-out time is by 10 am. Any late check outs that have not been pre-arranged may result in a AUD50 per/hour charge.

    If you notice any breakages or faults in the apartment, please do not hesitate to let us know. If you happen to break something in the apartment, please let us know immediately so we can resolve in a timely manner.

    In case of lost keys which can happen at times please be advised that it will incur a cost for replacement of AUD400. Please keep the keys in a very safe place at all times.

    When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.

    To keep our costs down, we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the apartment.

    Please remove any make-up in the correct way. Our towels, robes and face washers provided aren't to be used for this purpose. Additional cleaning or replacement fees apply.

    Please leave the apartment in a tidy manner. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and hang any dirty towels in the bathrooms.

    Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200 or more depending on the damage caused.
