The place desperately needs updating and cleaning, very outdated and pictures do not reflect reality

The place is great if you’re just looking for a cheap hotel to rest your head and store your things while working away. You do get what you pay for. Also my time there would have been better if the couple next door to me didn’t decide to have a 3 hour domestic, where she threw cutlery and screamed constantly. Not how I wanted to spend the midnight-3am hours when I’m away for work. It’s probably not the properties fault but does impact on the experience.

Old and not well maintained. For instance fridge badly needed defrosting, TV had pixel damage, pool was empty, door lock required a jiggling technique to open it, car parking was a wrestling match (no dedicated spots), minimum cuttlery (one teaspoon). Everything is bottom shelf, to the point we went out and bought our own pillows from kmart (& left them there).

Room had dust built up all over the blinds and the windows. Our toilet was leaking all over the floor Wanted to charge us extra for 1 towel to put on floor so no one would slip. Couches couldn't sit in because all the leather was cracked and peeling off them so was sharp pieces. Kids couldn't go swimming pool was really green. And the lady behind the counter was really rude

The managers child screamed and yelled every single night until late and every morning from 6.30am. They didn't notify me that they were turning the water off one morning so had to get ready for work without water.
